As one of the few remaining three-story keeps from the original Edo Castle, this striking white watchtower showcases the pinnacle of traditional fortress design. Its strategic location at the corner of the moat allowed samurai to monitor the castle's surroundings, serving as both a defensive lookout and a secure armory. 5.00This was a great experience. Our tour guide (Haru) did a great job. She had visuals and shared lots of informations. We were a group of 5 ranging from 20 to 55 and everyone had a good time.

5.00The personal service provided by the private guide was exceptional. We were greeted by the guide and his assistant at the appointed time and location near the entrance to Imperial East Gardens and guided around the beautiful park. His knowledge of the park and its history was impressive. This is the best way to learn about a city and its residents.
