I participated in the soba making experience alone. I thought there might be some others, but it was just me, and I was lucky that the teacher taught me one-on-one and carefully. He received a lot of specific and practical advice from me, saying that he had experience making soba several times and that he wanted to be good at it. I was able to learn about my weaknesses and weaknesses, and I received a lot of sound advice, which I really learned. The soba became a little thicker, but the taste of the soba I made was exceptional. I'm getting more and more fond of soba making and want to get better, and I'm thinking about enrolling in a professional course! It takes about two hours to complete, including time for post-experience meals. They lend me an apron and towels. After beating the soba noodles for five people (500g), the first person tasted the noodles. What is left is packed and taken home. The teachers and staff are all smiling and feel great. Recommended for those interested in soba making! Thank you very much ^_^

This time, I experienced matcha soba making. It was very enjoyable to feel a big difference in the way the noodles were piled up when water was poured in compared to the last time I made nihachi soba, and the difference in softness of the wrapped dough. I was also whetted by the aroma of matcha that I do throughout the experience.

It was my second experience of matcha soba after my first soba making. Right after the start, we were surrounded by the good aroma of matcha and were served matcha fresh from soba-yu, which was a very enjoyable and meaningful experience. You always teach me very carefully, so I will visit you again so that I can make Juwari soba someday!

I took the trial sobu course with my brother. Maeda-san was a very helpful and effective teacher; I was nervous because of my novice skills but with his teaching and guidance I was able to make sobu! The visual teaching was easy to follow, and Maeda-san was kind enough to help us with his English skills as well. I have other family visiting Japan soon, and I'll be recommending this course to them as well! Thank you!

It was fun to be able to make soba noodles by kneading them from buckwheat flour. It was a very good experience for me to be taught gently and carefully. Some of them didn’t do it well, but uneven soba is a good memory! We cooked for five people and tasted the full-fledged soba on the spot. You can also add tempura and so on for lunch! I brought home enough for four people!
