We start with a panoramic walking tour of Toledo, into the old quarter to visit the main square and the inside of the impressive Primate Cathedral. The Cathedral It is one of the most impressive monuments of Toledo and unique in Spain ,magnum opus of the Gothic style in Spain. It is an indispensable visit in the heart of Toledo. A spectacular piece of the Spanis architecture and art. We will continue the tour towards the old Palace of Justice and the City Hall. We will continue our visit through the old Jewish quarter with its narrow streets to visit the Church of St. Tomé, with the very famous painting of El Greco "El entierro del Conde Orgaz". Then we visit the old Synagogue of St. Maria la Blanca, which remains as a symbol of the coexistence of the "Three Cultures". We will also visit a typical factory of Damasquino, well known handicraft art of Toledo.

Before it was an Arab market and until a few years ago there was a street market called "popularly" on Tuesday, it was Enrique IV who granted Toledo a market every Tuesday, a tradition that comes from far away and is currently held in the Parque de la Vega. Zocodover comes from Arabic, it means market of the beasts, and this square was also used to publicly execute the condemned.

The church of Santo Tomé or Santo Tomás Apóstol is located in the historic center of the Spanish city of Toledo, and was founded after the reconquest of this city by King Alfonso VI de León.1 It appears cited in the twelfth century , as built on the site of an old 11th century mosque.2 This mosque, together with others from the city, were used as Christian churches without major changes, since no buildings were destroyed in the capture of the city. However, at the beginning of the fourteenth century, due to being in a dilapidated state, it was completely rebuilt by Gonzalo Ruiz de Toledo, Lord of Orgaz, and the old minaret of the mosque was transformed into a bell tower in Mudejar style.3 Its fame is due to all for housing inside, the painting The Burial of the Count of Orgaz by El Greco, which can be seen by accessing the back of the church.

Had a great trip to Toledo guided by Arantxa. Hotel pick up was right on time (arrived a few minutes early), the van was comfortable with a friendly driver. Arantxa showed us the highlights of Toledo and was very helpful to my partner who needs a cane for balance, even with the uneven cobblestone streets. Strongly recommend this tour if you want a private and customized experience

We did a private tour in Toledo with Arantxa, a phenomenal guide, she loves her work and in addition to liking it transmits all her knowledge with charisma . Next time I return to Madrid I will try to make her my guide on my walks because she is excellent.

Great service, they were waiting for us at the agreed time in our hotel lobby. The trip to Toledo lasted only about 55 minutes in a 7 seater van and we were offered drinks. From the beginning Santi started to put us in a situation of what we would later see, it was like moving back in time a few centuries. It was very comfortable because at all times the tour was made to our concerns and was adapted.
