I took the tour yesterday, and it was absolutely perfect. It was a beautiful day! From the very practical scheduling and payment through the platform, I was soon contacted by Sunny for the necessary assistance. Taking a guided tour was very important to better understand the local culture, and Lulu was amazing. She is very attentive and friendly. It was a very pleasant day of sightseeing and conversation with her. The lunch, chosen by her, was also great! The assistance with the driver was also very good, as the locations are far from the city center. I definitely recommend the agency and Lulu as a guide for this tour in this fascinating country! My daughter and I had a wonderful time with Lulu. I appreciate that the driver and her were punctual and professional. She made me very excited about knowing more because she is filled with enthusiasm herself . She is genuinely interested to share knowledge of her culture and heritage. Her command of the English language is excellent .We were able to communicate very well.

The water towns were beautiful and Lulu was an amazing tour guide! We were lucky to have her 2 days in a row. Zhouzhuang definitely has more of a commercial feel than Tongli but was much bigger
