The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

2.00Terrible vehicles, drivers don’t speak any English at all. Uncomfortable 5 hour experience, no WiFi, only 1 stop which is also horrible

5.00Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. Driver was there waiting patiently after we cleared immigration. Immigration situation was quite chaotic and it took us more than an hour to clear immigration. Generally a pleasant experience first time transfer to Sapa from Hanoi Airport.

4.00We took this transfer from Sapa to our hotel in Hanoi. Although the booking form only had a drop-down selection of Hoan Kiem in Old Quarter, i mentioned my drop-off addrtin special requests. The operator promptly noticed it and me tioned corect pick-up and drop-off points in their confirmation message. The driver could only barely speak English, so we used Translate a lot. He stopped at decent places in between. He drove well and helped with luggage too. They informed us well in advance about a delay due to traffic.

5.00Mr. Bac was a great driver! Safe and got us to the airport right on time. And, did not use his horn once!! Amazing. Early for pick up and had rest stops built in. Simple and easy transfer!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
