The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

5.0They were on time and we had great service in a comfortable car. We did stop halfway for a bathroom break.
Our Driver Should not be Allowed on the Road!

1.0The worst driving experience I have ever had. Our driver Mr Cuong began the 4.5 hour drive from Sapa to Noi Bai Airport constantly playing on his phone and not paying attention to the road. I messaged the company and they called him and told him to get off his phone - which he then did for most of the trip. He then proceeded to drive significantly below the speed limit and due to an obvious lack of driving competence was not overtaking vehicles that everyone else was easily overtaking. I messaged the company again about his poor driving and was told that their drivers do not speed, ignoring my actual driving competence concerns. Our driver then decided that he was going to overtake - but only whilst the trucks ahead were travelling at high speed, whilst approaching blind hill crests. How we did not have a head on accident and die or kill others is beyond me. The drive from Sapa to Noi Bai is 98% expressway driving, but our driver didnt know how to enter the expressway at Sapa - he literally stopped in the middle of the intersection for about 30 seconds trying to find the very clearly marked entry and then after slowing to less than 50km an hour, he missed the first Noi Bai exit and had to take the second one. Completely incompetent and a total danger on the road. I had used this company previously for the Noi Bai to Sapa leg and the driver Mr Uyen was excellent.
