5.00From pick up, we knew we were going to have a fun tour with Amanda, our host/driver. She is funny, knowledgeable and friendly. We were a group of six, so nice when it is a small group. Went to 3 wineries, Swift, Trinity Hill and Church Road. All were fab for different reasons. The first was Lauren’s baby, Swift, she is the winemaker, and what great wines she is making. Loved the sweetie in particular as it is something different. Then , Trinity Hill, really knowledgeable guy called Chris, introduced us to lots of the wines, but shared so much of the process and how to really taste them. Loved the reds here. Church Road is an amazing place. It is a beautiful winery. Worth a visit for what they have built here. Not so keen on the wines, but this is just my take. Throughout the tour Amanda taught us things about the wine, area and NZ. She made the trip special, so big thanks to her.

5.00We really enjoyed this tour which took us around 4 vineyards in Hawks Bay. The first was a small vineyard where we got good wine and excellent advice from the wife of the winemaker. There were other types of wine at the second vineyard (which featured 3 dachshund dogs) and these contrasted well. At the third we had an excellent lunch while trying a few other wines. The final vineyard was somewhat larger and slightly less interesting for me.

5.00Good flavours of different vineyards (bigger to very small) all with good selections of wines at them. Cheerful driver who took us on a stress free day with time to appreciate where we wanted it but kept us to a rough timeline. Kindly dropped us off at a gin tasting in town… All in all a chill and educational day tasting generally excellent wines and meeting knowledgeable makers and cellar door experts.

5.00Fantastic day trip to the vineyards in Hawke’s Bay. Our host Amanda was not only our tour guide regarding the vineyards but also full of knowledge about the surrounding areas of Napier. Picked up from our hotel and returned several hours later -great day out and 5* for our guide Amanda.

5.00Our cruise excursion with Owen from Prinsy’s Tours was outstanding. This was by far the best vineyard and cellar door tour we have ever experienced. Owen was extremely helpful both before and during the tour. He is highly approachable and friendly, with a great knowledge of not only the wineries, but also the Napier region. Apart from the three wineries visited, Owen also gave us a comprehensive tour of the region’s beautiful scenery, geology and town Art Deco highlights. The wineries that Owen organised for us to visit all provided very high quality tastings, in terms of the wines, the knowledge input from the winemakers and the food platters provided. The wineries were all very generous in the number and variety of the wines presented. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this tour. Thank you, Owen, for a wonderful day

5.00A great experience! Very sympathetic, professional yet personal management. The visits and tastings at the three wineries were a pleasure and very informative. the cheese plate was delicious! The excursion is highly recommended!

5.00We had a fabulous time. Our guide / driver, Amanda, was a credit to the company. We managed four tastings, one included a cheese board and nibbles, which was also very nice. I thoroughly recommend this tour of some fabulous boutique vineyards, very welcoming owners and hosts, and of course their fabulous range of wines to taste and purchase. If you're an ABC wine person, you may be a convert after this. Enjoy!

5.003 different winery experiences - all very good. Relaxed pace. Surprisingly at the 2nd winery all of the wines were great! Even foe those that favor reds if whites.

5.00Hawkes Bay Wine tour with Amanda was superb. 4 wineries and great tasting and great crowd! Amanda steered us around very different wineries but all unique. Absolutely recommend this tour
