Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

5.00We had a great tour with Sue. She was very informative, gave us some great tips for things to do and restaurants to try. She knew a lot about the homes from the show and some interesting history of Waco. We enjoyed the tour very much.

3.00First of all, this is a husband/man giving the review... so take it with a grain of salt. My wife gave it a bit higher rating than me. Overall, the tour was okay... nothing great really stood out. The tour travels through Waco looking at Fixer Upper homes. If you're a big fan of the show, it probably would be a good thing to do in Waco. But if you're an average view of Fixer Upper, then driving around looking at homes from the outside just wasn't all that exciting of a deal for me. Our tour operator was nice and kind, but there were times when it was dead silent inside the van... like crickets... awkward. I'd recommend this tour to those of you who are big fans of Fixer Upper and have seen the episodes so that the homes you see are familiar. If not, then I'd probably pass and spend more time at the Magnolia Silos

5.00Our guide Sue was extremely knowledgeable about the history of both the city of Waco and the Magnolia brand. As we drove around she pointed out important landmarks of each of the above and shared anecdotal stories with us. She was able to take us inside the Three Little Pigs house to showcase Chip and Joanne’s talents. This tour was everything we had hoped it would be.

5.00The tour was just as described, we were able to see a lot of the fixer upper homes and even went in the “Three Little pigs home”. Sue was very nice and knowledgeable. We were able to see things we would not have been able to see on our own, would recommend.

5.00Great tour! The guide was knowledgeable and had great stories. We saw quite a few of the homes featured in Fixer Upper and stopped at Jimmy Don's shop briefly for shopping which included discount for being with the tour. I recommend this tour.
