A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 124 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum.

You will be greeted with a refreshing rhum punch upon arrival at this gorgeous landmark building located directly on the Caribbean’s largest Lagoon, which stunningly accommodates Topper’s Rhum distillery and its restaurant, bar, gelateria, and gift shop. This experience was absolutely wonderful — and yes, the rum was just part of the magic. Our host and guide was truly exceptional, bringing infectious energy and genuine passion to every moment of the tour. What set her apart was her remarkable depth of knowledge — she wove together the history of rum with fascinating tidbits from cultures around the world, creating a sense of connection among everyone in the group. She has a real gift for storytelling and making people feel at ease, and she made my time in Saint Martin all the more memorable. I can't recommend this enough!

Fun experience! Learn history of Toppers and get plentttyyyy of run to taste. Theres was a great, fun tour guide. Would recommend for sure!

The experience was great. Relax layed back atmosphere.Our tour lady can’t remember her name but she’s from Barcelona she was Awesome. She kept us laughing and gave us lots of knowledge of Rum. I would definitely recommend this to friends. Thank you guys One Love!!!!!!!!!

We made reservations for the 90 minute Rhum Lovers Tour online directly with the facility the day before. We took a taxi from the hotel. For the Sunday afternoon tour there were about 15 other people on the tour with us. They provided a behind-the-scenes look at how Topper’s creates and bottles their various rums. It started with a welcome rum punch for all. We tasted over 20 different rums. You can ask to taste a specific flavor if you wish. There was a cooking demonstration of chicken in rum that we tasted and rum-infused gelato. We purchased a bottle of Crème Brule rum that we enjoyed the rest of the week. Our tour guide was excellent. This was a fun tour that I recommend.

Cindy was a great tour guide . She was friendly funny and informative .we did have own minor and she made sure she felt involved even though she could not participate in the drinking portion .
