  We had an amazing day out Garry our driver/guide was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and informative. The boat trip on the falls and the journey behind the falls I would highly recommend. Niagara on the Falls town was beautiful and really worth a visit.

• Higher expectations than the reality.

  The tour was highly recommended by friends, but only about half lived up to expectations—the rest was a major disappointment. Despite multiple reminder texts and calls, the 8 AM pickup arrived at 8:40 AM. The oversized coach bus had a single person handling both driving and guiding, which proved overwhelming for them. We circled back at least five times to collect passengers who wanted to follow their own personalized agenda, causing us to completely miss Niagara-on-the-Lake town time, everything was closed by the time we passed through. Prior to that had a forced gift shop time that was a tourist trap/racket. Although the Falls and boat ride were amazing!! The poor organization, late start, and rushed itinerary ruined what should have been a highlight of the trip. I expected much better for the price and hype. Would not recommend.

  First time at the Niagara Falls and this was well worth it. Johnny (tour guide) was awesome and very funny. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Niagara Falls.

• Good tour of Niagara falls

  Our tour guide Johnny was on time, knowledgeable and very entertaining. Our tour was midweek so everything went smoothly and pretty much no lines at any of the attractions. The buffet was alright with limited food options but you're really paying for the view of the falls. They don't really have hotel pickup or dropoff....just several locations around the city and airport. Overall, still a good tour

  We were picked up at the time expected by driver/tour guide Johnny on time. We were quickly on our way to Niagra with Johnny giving the passengers the benefits of his experience and knowledge of Niagra , Toronto and everything in between. He was an entertainer as well as guide. The trip was more than expected and luckily we weren't kept waiting at any time at Niagra

  We began with our pick up at the meeting point. We were told 8:45am pick up but decided to arrive at 8:30am. This was a good thing because our driver and other passengers were already there. From that point we hit the road. Gary was our driver who was great. He was informative and had a cool dry sense of humor. The ride was very smooth and Gary got us there on schedule. I would suggest everyone book this trip carefully because some people did not sign up for packages that they ended up wanting such as the behind the Falls journey. Gary told them to call Viator if they wanted to add the package so that worked out. Although this was a cloudy day the behind the Falls journey was great. It’s very wet so try to bring tissues or small towel to wipe off your phone between pictures. We then went on the boat tour which in my view was the most fun part of the tour. It’s 20 mins on the water but felt like 5 due to how fun it is. If you thought behind the Falls was wet, this drenches you. The boat bouncing while the wind and water hit you is an experience everyone should try. After this, we hit the Sheraton Falls hotel for a buffet lunch. At our arrival, a lot of the food was grinned down but staff brought out fresh hot replacements. The selections are a bit limited but the lunch still hits the spot. We then went to a maple syrup and chocolate making store and received maple syrup and chocolate samples. There are three types of syrups, gold, amber and dark. It was said if one preferred the dark syrup you are secretly Canadian, as that is their favorite (I preferred amber, it had a buttery taste). From there we did the floral clock photo shots and then the Niagara Falls strip where tons of stores and establishments are. You will also pass several farms as well as houses worth as much as 7 million CAD. We were eventually dropped off back at our meeting point capping off an 8 hour day. I advise giving your driver a tip if possible. Our driver made sure we were safe and got the most out of our trip!

  The Niagra Falls tour is a must see and needs to be on your bucket list. It really is a sight to behold and an unforgettable experience as you ride the boat that literally takes you as close to the falls as you can get! We enjoyed a lovely buffet meal at the Sheraton overlooking the falls which was very enjoyable as well. Hopefully, you will be blessed enough to have Johnny be your tour guide. He was absolutely so knowledgeable and entertaining. He’s the best guide I’ve ever had. Sincerely, Alabama❤️🥰

  This was a brilliant tour, made really special by our guide Jonny who was so friendly and knowledgeable, having been a tour guide for over 40 years. He shared many hilarious anecdotes which had the bus in stitches. Everything was well organised from the pick up to the drop off. The boat ride was spectacular as you would expect and lunch with a view was lovely. Sending a big thank you to Jonny, who made it a very special day out.

  Our tour guide and bus driver, Johnny, was great. He was very knowledgeable, amusing, made the trip enjoyable. Beside him, the bus was comfortable, lunch overlooking the Falls was a very nice surprise. The boat trip near the Falls was well worth it, you can feel the power of fast moving water.
