  We were stuck in traffic so we called Haroon but got his voicemail. He called back and actually waited for us 11 minutes more than double the allowed 5 minutes. Good commentary and very nice drive. Overall very nice day tour. Thanks Haroon

  I made a complaint as we never recieved lunch , only to be contacted by the owner with shouting and abuse because of my review ! Unacceptable behaviour - owner is a sandwich short of a picnic and has no place running a business.

  BEWARE! Whilst we really enjoyed our day and the guide we did not get lunch over looking the falls. Only at the first stop amd 2hrs into the tour we were told that we were the only 2 ppl who choose this and if we wanted? To do it we would have 20 mins ! Or we could substitute it for behind the fslls or sky view ....he was encouraging of the food court sooo under duress we paid to have lunch ??? After getting back on the bus i looked up the cost for what we got compared for what we booked and there was over £100 difference!!!! I have complained and wait for a response but it left a sour taste 👎

  Beautiful falls, friendly guide, stunning view from lunch. Boat ride was really stunning and not as wet as we expected .

  Nice trip to Niagara falls in good weather in september. Two hour drive from downtown Toronto to Niagara falls, 5 stops there with total time at Niagara falls being 6 hours, then two hours back

  Excellent tour, our guide Haroon was very good, he explained everything about the trip before we set off and then gave us plenty of info on route. We just did the boat tour and that was so much fun and very wet. A must do trip! Only small negative was the description of pick up point, we found it ok but only because other people were walking round looking for it🤣

• I have used Viator twice and each time it has been a great experience, would definitely keep using Viator in future trip
