The Maullín River is one of the great free rivers in the country and known as the Amazon of Chile, it still preserves much of its native vegetation. This is one of the greatest singularities of the river, since
that its bed is invaded by a swampy forest. Swamp forests are extraordinary ecosystems, which develop on wetlands, hosting a rich biodiversity in which wild flora and fauna of forests and aquatic ecosystems coexist.

Primero que todo nos encontraremos en nuestra tienda de kayak en Llanquihue, justo al frente del Lago del mismo nombre con una vista privilegiada a la Cordillera de los Andes, para luego equiparnos con el equipo de kayak y comenzar con la charla técnica para el uso adecuado. Posterior a esto empezaremos a remar por el tercer lago mas grande de Sudamérica y nos adentraremos por el desagüe natural de sus aguas el "Rio Maullín" es uno de los 8 lugares con mayor biodiversidad del mundo donde podremos disfrutar de la belleza y tranquilidad de las aguas de este fantástico lugar, entre su bosque sumergido y la gran cantidad de Aves endémicas y migratorias. ¡dos horas y media en el río pasan rápido ! , el guía les hablara sobre las historias del lugar , además tomaremos un breve descanso para tomar un refrigerio rápido y nadar en las aguas claras de este río o simplemente para relajarnos en la orilla por un tiempo. Para finalizar retornaremos en transfer a nuestro lugar de inicio, donde tendremos pizza y cerveza artesanal para cerrar un excelente excursión Otros aspectos destacables No te preocupes por el clima contamos con equipo y vestimenta para la actividad.

5.00Superb kayak trip on the Maulin River! A zen activity admiring this beautiful nature. Our guide Felipe is an excellent guide. Caring, kind, smiling who has a knowledge of the river flora and fauna that he loves shared. He's passionate. I recommend 100% for a memorable memory. Everything was perfect:) The company had all the necessary accessories and clothing to ensure a comfortable outing.

5.00While the idea of Kayaking was challenging, it was all worth it. The support and peace of mind that the team that accompanied us gave us made the experience enjoyable to the full. The sighting of birds like Martin Fisherman was a marvel, the journey of the Maullin River through a mind-blowing flora and the time that has been a while was sun and rain made this experience unforgettable Fully recommended in couple, friends and family.

5.00We had a great day out on the Maullin river, our guide filippe was lovely, he passionately showed and explained so many native birds - we even saw a kingfisher! The whole experience was very wholesome and at points peaceful gliding down the river listening only to the sounds of birds and water. Going through a sunken forest was a great adventure. The rare natural environment was stunning and explained beautifully by our guide. We really loved the experience and it's been one of, if not the best, thing we did in Puerto Varas.

5.00Entertaining, safe and very connected with nature and disconnected from worries. The guide makes it friendly, professional and full of valuable information that makes the tour very entertaining. The landscapes and the forest are worth it. A unique way to get to know the maullin river.

5.00Esteban was an exceptional tour guide. It was our first time kayaking, and he was so patient and gave us the best class for beginners. The river was beautiful, and we saw many native birds. It was the highlight of our trip in the south. I could not recommend him enough.

5.00The walk is very nice and entertaining, you walk along the maullin river from its beginning in Llanquihue to Puerto Varas, you get off at the height of the bridge that is on your way to Braunau. There is a stop in a very nice place to rest or bathe if you want, plus you get a snack. It is ideal to do it with friends or family, if you like nature super recommended. The guides pass everything to you, you only have to carry water, something to protect yourself from the sun and clothes to change in case you get wet. In the end you return to the meeting point and share with everyone a pizza and beer or juice.
