Alex took us on a grand circle through a labyrinth of lanes and stairways through this amazing city. So colorful and intriguing. The trip included an Ascensor ride (Funicular) ride up the steepest portions- so the stairways we traveled were all manageable. So knowledgeable and well-respected among the locals. Thanks Alex!

Our guide Alex is Mr. Valparaiso! He was extraordinary, he knows everything, he knows everyone, he even knows every dog! He was smiling the whole time he walked us through the town and showed us every special passageway, piece of art, noteworthy history, and fun things you would never find on your own. When we had a question about the street art, he had an answer. He was very patient, offered to let us stop when we had an interest (knows where the bathrooms are!), and left us with great advice to finish our day as he left us. We talked about it the rest of the day.

Benjamin is a terrific tour guide, very knowledgeable historically, artistically, politically and architecturally. This tour was exactly what I wanted, to see the high points of Valparaiso, and with a lot of background and depth.

Valentina showed us the best parts of Valparaiso, it was excellent. So much beautiful street art. We loved it. Communication was perfect before and after the tour, with suggestions on where to go to eat and which other towns to visit.

Alex was punctual, took well over three hours time for us, and would have even gone further, if we wanted to. He knows the locals, he knows the shops, he took us on a safe way around town. Highly recommendable!
Don't waste your time nor hard earned money with this CONMAN.

During our tour, Alex (owner operator) was constantly on his phone attending to his "4-5 other businesses". He even paused our tour and abandoned us for 10-15 minutes to attend to an "important matter". Moreover, he failed to highlight the main spots of the tour, constantly stopped to greet street vendors and always pushed their merchandise on us. I would strongly recommend any other tour. Don't waste your time nor hard earned money with this CONMAN.

Alex was a truly amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate about Valparaiso and also very fun! We had great discussions about art, history, current state of Valparaiso and I enjoyed every second of the tour! Highly recommend taking this tour with him :) Gracias Alex !

Excellent tour of Valparaiso with Benjamin. He asked if we had any particular interests, to which we replied history and street art. Benjamin was full of interesting information on both topics. He not only showed us all of the best street art but also had in depth knowledge of the artists and their intentions, and even introduced us to several of them. A great introduction to Valparaiso which enabled us to make the most of our short time there.

First rate tour of Valparaiso with Benjamin this afternoon - he asked which aspects were we particularly interested in and made sure to cover these aspects in detail as well as more general information about the city. The walk was well paced and highly informative - really made our visit to Valparaiso special. Highly recommended.
