Let yourself be captivated by the striking mountain landscapes on the 100 km drive from Kiruna to Abisko National Park. With flowering alpine meadows framed by mighty mountains in the summer and vibrant colours clashing with eachother in the autumn the Abisko National Park truly is a sight for sore eyes. We will visit the magnificent Abisko canyon and the glistening silver fall whose lagoon almost looks tropical in the sun. My partner and I recently did a tour to Abisko National Park with Kiruna Guidetur, guided by the amazing Mikael, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, Mikael went above and beyond to tailor the day to our interests and pace. He picked up on what fascinated us and made sure we had the time to truly take in both the breathtaking scenery and the depth of knowledge he shared along the way. The entire tour felt relaxed, thoughtful, and immersive. The highlight might just have been our lunch: a delicious meal prepared over an open fire, enjoyed under the clearest, sunniest skies we could have hoped for. The atmosphere was peaceful and unhurried, which really allowed us to connect with the landscape and the moment. Honestly, we didn’t want the day to end, it was that good! There wasn’t a single thing we’d change :) If you’re short on time but still want to experience the magic of Abisko, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Between the stunning nature and the exceptional guiding, it’s a perfect way to make the most of your trip.

We had an amazing day out with spectacular scenery including a gorge, waterfalls and a lake. Our guide Reinis was very friendly and informative. He cooked a delicious soup on the beach by the lake, which was very special. We would certainly recommend this tour to others.
