  I don’t usually make these kind of visits but I have to say that the whole experience has been very good. From the reservation, to the previous information that you are transferred, the punctuality to pick you up, the formality. They are very professional and very transparent. The friendly and fun guide.

  We (2 couples, let’s say mature) thoroughly enjoyed our day. Our guide, Vanessa, and driver were both excellent. The caves were awesome and we even had baraquitos in the second one. We didn’t do the camel ride but those that did seemed to enjoy it. Lunch was fab and well worth the €12. Then the national park in the afternoon was just wow. The tour covered so much of the island and was super informative thank you

  We went on an excursion with Lanzaroteguides and can only say good things about the experience. Our guide, Vanesa, was wonderful from the first moment. She is very friendly and funny, always with a joke about to make the tour much more entertaining. In addition to explaining everything clearly and enthusiastically, he made the atmosphere close and pleasant throughout the activity. We would like to stress in particular its human quality. My friend twisted her ankle during the outing and Vanesa kept an eye on her at all times: she fetched ice, made sure she was okay and kept worrying about her comfort. His treatment was incredibly attentive and caring, demonstrating a professionalism and empathy that really make a difference. The camel ride was a very special and fun experience, something different that is very worth living. We also stopped at a buffet for €12, with good variety and quality, which made the day even more complete. Joshua, the driver, who made the journey with great safety and professionalism, making the journey comfortable and very pleasant, deserves separate mention. In short, it is a highly recommended excursion. It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely repeat it, especially with Vanesa at the helm.

  We have made a tour of Lanzarote with Lanzaroteguides and the experience has been really excellent and highly recommended. The tour was very well organized, complete and perfectly planned. We were able to enjoy stunning places like Timanfaya National Park, visit to different emblematic points of the island and camel ride, which was a great and fun experience. In addition, a stop was included in a buffet for €12, with a very good value for money. I especially want to highlight our guide, Vanesa, because in addition to being very professional she is very funny and makes the excursion super enjoyable from the first minute. Her explanations are interesting, the atmosphere with her is close and during the day you laugh a lot. In addition, during the excursion I twisted my ankle and, from that moment, Vanesa kept an eye on me at all times. He got me ice, constantly cared about how I was and took great care of me, with a closeness and dedication that are truly appreciated, as if I were family. His treatment was impeccable. I also want to mention Joshua, the driver, who drove excellently. Thanks to him, the journey became very pleasant and that adds a lot to the experience.

  Packed a lot into one day but gives you a good taster of the island. Found the tour guide spoke very quickly, which meant when she was using the microphone sometimes it was difficult to understand what she was saying.

  Overall a great day touring the island, good communication, prompt pick up from arranged pick-up point and an entertaining guide, Vanessa. *** A word of warning ⚠️ this might not be suitable for those who suffer with vertigo or claustrophobia as there are some steep climbs down into the caves and enclosed spaces. We enjoyed the variety of places to visit and the scenery is stunning. The lunch stop was busy and a basic buffet, but sufficient and reasonably priced at €12 each. The coach was clean, comfortable with decent leg room and air conditioned. Thank you for an enjoyable and educational day.

  An excellent way to see the highlights of Lanzarote. Everything ran smoothly including bus transfers. Lunch was great and amazing value. If you don’t fancy a camel ride, then the wait is not too long and there is a nice little cafe that is sheltered from the wind.
