  We did some tours with this agency and we rented the GoPro (at expensive price) for some days. Eduardo and his sister never sent us the videos so we don't have memories of our trip in Galapagos... We called them 100 times, texted them but they never answered. I don't recommend this agency that is not reliable !! When I call them with my number they don't answer but answer with another one. Such a pleasure to pay so much money for a service that we didn't have ! It was a waste of time and money...

  We contracted with Eduardo and his agency several tours including San Cristobal 360, Pinzón and Tuneles. Service, attention and professional 10/10 everything went to plan and we had a great experience. Highly recommended

  *Recommendation for BK TOUR-Galafagos Agency* So after all kinds of recommendations on agencies we decided to go to Galapagos and do independent. We went to several agencies and fell in love with Eduardo and his wife from Galapagos BK Tours. They built us 7 days according to what we asked for at the best prices we found. They're charming, full of gifts and will do anything to make you happy! Just get there the first day and close your entire vacation.

  Very fun trip. Great guide. Very friendly. Snorkeled two different places. Saw sea lions turtles penguins very nice fish lobster. At one point was actually swimming with a sea lion that was playing with us. Quite amazing. Nice lunch. Ended at a turtle reserve with many turtles some octopus

  Initially I had booked the tour to Tintoreras but being in Isla Isabela I was recommended the Tour of Los Tuneles and I contacted Eduardo de BK Tours and he was very accessible and flexible to help me, that moment managed and managed to get me 2 spaces to the tour for me and my husband, it was very nice to visit Los Tuneles and see some turtles swim, being a guided tour you can not get far away from the guide as a precaution because in an oversight could occur a fall or touch the cacti, this initially worried me and my husband as we love to take photos on our own and tour the sites with some independence, but the guide behaved excellent and took some good photos, it was like a mini session and we ended up happy 😊 Then we went snorkeling and saw sharks, turtles and a seahorse, unfortunately that day the water was a little murky but with a little more luck it looks clearer Recommended tour 😁 and BK Tours Service, when I return I will contact you again

  The tour was perfect We were picked up at the hotel We were provided with snorkeling equipment including wet suite which was included in the price The Darwin guide too friendly and friendly. He speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about everything on the island He and the rest of the crew super helpful and attentive They gave us sandwiches, cookies, soft drinks, water, candy and fruit Don Eduardo the owner of the v Enterprise communicated with me before I arrived in Ecuador. Not only in organizing the tour he helped me, but also to purchase the return tickets from Isabela to Santa Cruz and book a taxi in Santa Cruz that was waiting for us at the dock to take us to the airport

  Our guide was determined to show us everything, and we did! Blue footed Boobies mating, sea horses, tons of white fin reef sharks, black fin reef sharks, turtles, colourful fish. At the beginning we went for a land mini tour on top of the tunnels so good shoes or beach shoes are a must. The boat ride there included a quick stop a rock with wildlife. Very small bag lunch is included so bring snacks and water just in case. Afterwards the guide downloaded incredible pictures he took and we could get a copy on our USB for free! What a souvenir!!!

  Wow, what a trip. I didn't plan my trip ahead much and it worked out very well. I walked into this agency and talked to a man named Eduardo and he booked an AMAZING trip for me. It was honestly one of the best things I've ever done. So, the trip he booked for me in Isabela was to Los Tuneles and it was the one of the best days of my life. Amazing tour swimming with rays, sharks, and sea turtles. Eduardo also booked me an awesome, really authentic hostel in Isabela that was just my style. He also booked me a Volcano hike in Isabela and a ferry to get to Isabela. He is very well connected on the island and he knows what he's talking about. He made my Galapagos trip unforgettable and I am very thankful for that. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
