Curtea de Arges Monastery

The Cathedral from Curtea de Arges is the burial place for Romanians kings and queens. King Carol I and King Ferdinand and their queens Elisabeth and Mary are buried in the main church, and King Carol II, King Michael, and Queen Anne are buried in a new chappel. Poienari Castle

The real fortress of Dracula, located in Arefu village, Poienari is on the top of the mountain. We have to climb 1480 steps to rich the fortress, but it is not so hard as you expect. Sometimes the access is forbidden due to brown bears attacks. Otherwise, we cand see it from the road.
