5.00I connected with my driver very easily. He was charming, pointed out lots of points of interest on the drive and finally helped me board the cruise ship instead of just dropping me off at the parking lot as I expected. This was a great experience!

2.00Terrible. On a very hot day the car was parked at the open sun and air conditioning was not working. We had to keep the windows down all the time
