* Passenger(s) must(m) inform about the class in which they travel(s) for the calculation of waiting time; * Parking and fees charged by London City Council are included in the services: * Passenger(s) must provide mobile number with internet access or roaming for communication with Roger (free Wi-Fi is available at the airport; * If the passenger(s) consider that it will take more than 1 (one) hour after the landing of the aircraft to arrive at the airport's landing hall, they should contact Roger and inform the situation; * After this time and additional 15 minutes of free waiting time available, i.e. one hour and fifteen minutes after the aircraft landing, the amount of £15.00 (fifteen pounds) will be charged for every additional 15 minutes or fraction; * Translators from the hotel/accommodation will have 15 minutes of free waiting time available. After that, the fee of £15.00 is applied every 15 minutes or fraction additional; * Services provided in the days: 24/12, 25/12, "boxing day", 31/12 and 01/01 will have a 25% surcharge that must be paid directly to Roger; * Child seats may be available upon request, provided you are informed at the time of booking (subject to availability); * Folding wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated, provided the passenger is accompanied by someone who can help him board and land - will occupy the space of a dispatched suitcase; * The baggage allowances indicated are the total allowed per group, not per person. * It is not possible to carry excessive or excess baggage (e.g. surfboards, golf tacos or bicycles); * Passenger(s) may reconfirm or make changes to their reservation by sending an email to [email protected] ; * If there is any medical condition that Roger must be aware of or sickness in the car, the manifestation must be immediate; * The services will be provided exclusively to the passenger(s) who have contracted THE UK WITH ROGER.

Sensational! The receptiveness, joy, empathy and punctuality caused a huge good impression to me once I arrived. Do you know when we feel we've been welcomed by relatives? Yes... prepare for this, that is: experience amazing places, with super enthusiastic, fun companies and with personalized scripts. People who were happy with my happiness. They've sunk into my dreams with me! Does that have a price? Yes, and fair - even in that they are great! From the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, the service provided was excellent. I'll be back and when I get back, I'll hire Roger's services again, because it was excellent.

We had an exceptional experience with Roger during the transfer from Heathrow to our hotel in central London. He was much more than a driver — he was a true host and cultural guide. In addition to the initial translation, we took a few tours with him around the city and discovered a side of London that is not in the traditional tour guides. Roger has a deep knowledge of history, architecture and local curiosities, making the trip much more interesting and enriching. In addition to the typical tours, we explored authentic, little-known places that made all the difference. He also helped us on the return to the airport, with the same punctuality, care and attention as always. The car was clean, spacious and he was driving safely. We highly recommend Roger — punctual, reliable, professional and with a human and cultural touch that turns any ride into a memorable experience. Obrigado, Roger.

The transfer from Heathrow Airport to our London hotel was sensational. Roger was not only waiting for us, but monitoring our arrival since the plane landed. Very friendly, cordial and attentive, the transfer was also a tour. Roger went along a path where we saw the Natural History Museum, Harrods, Hyde Park and even Buckingham Palace. All with great safety and availability. On the return, arrived on time at the hotel and, at the airport, asked to accompany us and help with check-in, until leaving us in the boarding area. We'll be back in London in July and I've already hired your services again. Note 1000!!!

Yeah, he slightly changed what I thought of London and England. It started with the transfer from Heathrow Airport, where everything worked very well. Roger is very caring, affectionate and "funny". Then I contracted a few tours with him: 2 days in London, Bath, Oxford, Gloucester and Windsor. I loved everything. He was explaining to me little and always very punctual (it is already a British). On the return to Heathrow Airport, everything wonderful again. Super recommend and when I think of returning to England, I will immediately contact Roger.
