Booking Instructions and Travel Information - Flight Information: If your pick-up location is the airport, kindly provide your flight details during booking so we can track your flight and stay informed of any delays. - Start Time: We will base your start time on your arrival. - Meet Your Driver: Airport Pick-Up: After clearing customs, you'll find our friendly driver inside the terminal next to the tourist information desk. Hotel Pick-Up: Your driver will warmly greet you in the lobby. - Driver Identification: Look for a sign with your name, held by our driver. - Transfer Duration: To Colon Cruise Terminal: Approximately 70 minutes. To Panama Cruise Terminal or Flamenco Marina: Approximately 40 minutes. To Shelter Bay Marina: Approximately 90 minutes. - Our Promise: Enjoy a comfortable ride in our clean, insured vehicles with professional and courteous drivers. - Traffic Advisory: Please note there may be traffic between 6 am and 9 am on weekdays. - Operating Hours: Our standard rate is available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. For late-night or early-morning reservations, an additional 25% fee applies. IMPORTANT: If you have extra luggage (more than one suitcase and one carry-on per person) or special baggage (like golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc.), please let us know in advance. We want to ensure we provide the right vehicle for your needs (additional fees may apply).

5.00I made the reservation via tripadvisor, filled out the form with the descriptions of my flight and estimate of arrival. I was received at the exact time and we moved peacefully. We were also able to make a short stop, which was very kind.

1.00The driver was trying to drop us off at a location that wasn't what we paid for. Apparently it was his first time driving and we were not familiar with the area; luckily some of the locals asked us where we were trying to go with so much luggage; we told them that we were going on a cruise and they stopped him from leaving us. He seemed angry and argued with them but they were very persistent. Luckily they were there to let us know that we were in the wrong area. Thank God for the locals, otherwise we would've been stranded in an unknown place unable to communiate because we only speak English and the driver only spoke spanish. Who knows what could've happened to us if those local bilingual guys were not there.

5.00Driver arrived early at our hotel and waited for us to be ready at the specified pickup time. She was courteous, spoke English and a very safe driver. Once we arrived at the cruise terminal, there was a mixup with the cruise ship location and she offered to take us to the new location. We declined the offer and had the cruise company take care of getting us to the new location for the cruise ship.
