By completing a valid reservation you will allow us to come and pick you up at the airport in Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Our driver will meet you at the airport inside the arrival terminal at a specific area called the Meeting Point. He will help you with your luggage and take the quickest route to your destination in Rome. The driver will wait up to one hour and thirty minutes after the plane has landed, after which a €50 surcharge will be applied. One hour and forty minutes after landing, in the absence of your contact, the driver will be released and the service will not be refunded. In case of flight delay, if the day's schedule allows it, we will wait at the airport for your plane to land, and any waiting time for the driver will be calculated at an hourly cost of 20 Euros/hour.

5.00Our shuttle was ready and waiting even though WE were not! Our flight was delayed and despite how long it took for baggage and customs, our driver Valter was there waiting for us. It can be difficult to navigate a country that is not your own, and they made this part of our journey a confident experience.

5.00EXCELLENT transfer service from the Rome airport (FCO) to our hotel. Mr Andrea was waiting for us as soon as our plane landed and communicated to us via text where we could find him. His instructions were clear and we found him with a little help from Mr. Andrea. HIGHLY recommend Transfer Shuttle, they were there ON TIME and drove us to our hotel in a clean Mercedes. We will use them again next time we are in Rome. Thank you Mr. Andrea :)
