  Enrica was five star from the very first communication to the very end. We were in completely safe and friendly hands, from airport to airbnb, to local town transfers, and more! The transfers were so timely, and the vehicles are in impeccable clean condition!

  Taxi Nerano Valestra was recommended to us by our Airbnb hostess and we prebooked a few transfers with Enrica prior to our arrival. She was very responsive and helpful during this process. Enrica and her drivers always showed up as scheduled, or earlier, to make sure we had time to get where we needed to be. My family (including two littles) felt very safe and comfortable during our rides with them. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area to use Taxi Nerano Valestra.

  Enrica and Salvatore are the BEST! We used them exclusively for our week stay in Nerano. They were our transfer from the Napoli train station to the location in Nerano we were staying. We felt like we received a "mini" tour of the area on our ride from the train station. They are from the area and are very knowledgeable. They were so pleasant and professional! We loved them so much that we used them our entire stay! We also used them for a tour of the Amalfi Coast which was fantastic! We had a big group (11) and it was never a problem getting transportation. Very quick to respond. I highly recommend using them if you will be traveling in the area! They made us feel like family! Grazie mille, Enrica and Salvatore!

  I highly recommend TAXI MASSA LUBRENSE & Sorrento! They were always on time, very pleasant and accommodating! The best taxi service I have ever used. We were a party of 9 and they were always there with 2 vans whenever we needed a ride.

  We had an amazing experience with TaxiValestra. They were on time, respectful, and available on WhatsApp whenever we needed them. Highly recommend! They provided service to the airport from our villa, to and from our villa to Sorrento and helped us get to our pick ups for boat trips. They spoke English and were very helpful.

  WOW! These transport group is the BEST! Take their recommendations and use them for transport. You will never regret it. I can’t say enough great things about them and their service. We used them for many locations and their recommendations, timing, and hospitality were impeccable!

  Salvatore and Enrica and Ciro were exceptional. We loved them from the start and they were so helpful!!! We were there for a month and they became our friends and invaluable to us! And so accommodating!

  Really efficient service . We used them 3 times , to get us to Sorrento from Nerano and then to Ravello and back to Naples airport. They communicated really well on fees and pick up times arrived on time , we’re very friendly. Fees very reasonable compared to taking your chances with a taxi on the street. Thank you.

  So blessed to have come across this website when looking for a day trip of the Almalfi coast. I contacted Enrica though their "contact us" section on the webpage late one night not expecting a reply until the next day but actually got one that night. The reply clearly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Like the cost, what would be involved on the day trip . Length of the whole tour , places we would visit how long we would get in each town. How to book and pay the deposit /balnce All communication then and nearer the time was super, professional and friendly. Wattsapp was what we used nearer the time which was reassuring to have a number we could contact each other at all times. The tour of the Almalfi was amazing and should be on everyone's list as a must do. Salvatore picked us up at the hotel right on time in an immaculately clean , air conditionined large vehicle so we were very comfortable for the day. He showed us so many wonderful sights along the way, stopping quickly at some stunning view points and was happy to take photos of us. When we were dropped in the towns he pointed us in the right direction of the main highlights in the town and put no pressure on us to rush. We just rang on wattsapp when we were ready and he would be there a minute or two later. We had the most wonderful day and a lifelong experience and we're dropped back to our hotel with very happy hearts. We even received a text from Enrica following up to make sure we were happy and had had a good day. I had also booked a return trip from Sorento town to Naples airport. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Enrica in person. Such a warm and professional person who loves her country and wants everyone visiting to love it as much as her and see all of it's beauty by offering a fantastic service.
