5.00We were incredibly fortunate to have Damon Ruan as our guide during our 5-day trip. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure our entire group — from the young (6 year old) to the elderly (65-80) - felt cared for, supported, and well looked after. One moment that stood out was when my brother’s walking stick broke while we were hiking at Gulong Gorge 神手area. Without hesitation, Damon offered his shoulder to support him for the rest of the trip. It was a simple but deeply touching gesture that spoke volumes about his compassion and dedication. Even during our free-and-easy shopping times, Damon was always nearby, checking in to see what we were looking for, helping us find what we needed, and making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. His thoughtfulness, patience, and constant energy never went unnoticed. He’s not just a tour guide — he’s someone who genuinely cares. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so thankful to have had Damon with us on this trip. Highly recommended!

5.00I spent 5 days in Guangzhou to explore garment market. Zack knows the market very well. He was always give his hands to help to coordinate with lots of suppliers in guangzhou. One more thing, he is always on your side. I know that some other translators are requesting some commissions on your back, but he is not the case.
