1. Reservation You contact Centrotur to secure your place NO shared transport. It is possible to book in advance by informing the passenger data, the desired date and the hotel where you will be staying in Balneário Camboriú. 2. Confirmation After the Reservation, you receive the confirmation with the details of the service, including the approximate time DA pickup and important instructions (like not carrying large luggage, only backpack). 3. Collect NO Hotel NO day of the tour, the transport starts the pickup by the main hotels OF the central region DE Balneário Camboriú, starting by Barra Norte around 8:00 p.m. This process can take up to 30 minutes, as it runs through the hotels to Barra Sul. The vehicle can be a van, minibus or bus, depending on the demand of the day. 4. Travel to the Park With all passengers on board, the journey follows to the Beto Carrero Park, located NO municipality DE Penha (SC). The journey takes about 1 hour, depending on traffic. 5. Arrival and landing You will be left at the entrance of the park, with enough time to enjoy the opening, which takes place at 9:00. The entrance NO park and the attractions are POR your own, but the transportation ensures your arrival with safety and comfort. 6. Return to Hotel After a day DE fun (toys are open until 18:00), the return boarding DE place at 19:00, NO DE same landing point. Returns at special times may occur on dates with evening events (such as Christmas). Important: Children up to 3 NO are not paid, as long as they travel on their lap. The fee is charged from 4 years. I would like to express my gratitude to Centrotur for the services provided during my trip to Santa Catarina. I used the transfer from Balneário Camboriú to Beto Carrero and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The care was punctual, organized and very cordial, conveying safety and tranquility throughout the journey. The team demonstrated professionalism and care, making travel comfortable and pleasant.

I had a 2-day transfer experience to Beto Carrero with the Enterprise Centro Tur, which was a total disaster, mainly due to the lack of empathy and professionalism of the Enterprise. There was a scheduled time to pick me up at the hotel at 8:00. On the first day, at 07:32, I received a call via WhatsApp from an unknown number. At the moment, I was busy and couldn’t answer, so I sent a message to that number asking what it was about, but I didn’t get an answer. At 7:45, I went to the hotel reception to wait for the transfer, and the van only appeared at 8:11. The driver informed me that that was already the second attempt to pick me up: “My colleague already came here to pick you up and you weren’t.” I was surprised and I thought: How? Wasn't the agreed time at 8:00? Still, I boarded the van, which took us to a bus that took us to the destination. On the second day, I decided to go down to the reception earlier at 7:20. However, the Enterprise simply forgot to call us. They had to send a car separately to get us to Beto Carrero. When we arrived the park was already open and the entire schedule of the day was by water below.

Very good! Punctuality and comfortable bus unfortunately we caught accidents on the route which delayed the ride but taking that was all great the park is very amazing too

Balneário Camboriú, was a pleasant surprise, place of easy locomotion, many attractions and pricing. Good food, and very nice, could have stayed more days, we went in a group of 6 people and we all liked it. Bathroom was suggested by me.

Transportation was safe and within scheduled time. The driver and the guide were also respectful and clear in the guidelines. The lack of curtain in the minibus. As the day was warm and sunny, the ride was uncomfortable. Enterprise should consider carrying only on vehicles with curtain in the window
