Clients begin by entering their pickup, destination, and schedule details. Once confirmed, they receive a message with my name, a photo, and my vehicle’s details (such as license plate) preferably on WhatsApp, making it easy for them to communicate with me and identify me at the pickup point. I will also specify whether I will take the most direct route to save time, or a scenic route designed for a more enjoyable journey, depending on their preference or the service option chosen. On the day of travel, clients receive updates, including my estimated arrival time and any changes along the way, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. This approach not only builds trust and clarity but also ensures that clients know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

We booked Kevin for a trip to the airport after our travel plans changed. He had no problem accommodating our last minute request. He was in touch with us throughout the morning to confirm our plans and we had a very smooth transfer despite unusually rainy weather. Highly recommend!

Kevin provided an excellent airport transfer on the French side of Saint Martin. He picked us up right on time at Grand Case Airport and drove us to our hotel in a clean, roomy van. We were traveling with a young child and a baby, and he had modern, safe transportation that made us feel comfortable and taken care of from the start. He was friendly, super professional, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’d absolutely call Kevin again for my next ride in Saint Martin.

We arrived at the airport and waited for the driver. Never showed up and we had to get alternate transportation. Could not get through to staff to get an update or driver sent.

My family and I flew into Sint Maarten to then board a cruise ship. The cruise line was honestly not very helpful with the transfers so I thought Viator might be a good option. Boy was I right. I reached out to book the “tour” and Kevin responded right away. His communication throughout the process was simple and easy. He showed up on time and made sure we made it to our destination in a timely manner. If I need transportation on my next trip to Saint Martin, I will definitely be reaching out to Kevin again. Very friendly, and safe ride. We were delayed, and luggage took awhile to get. But, Kevin was still waiting, and was so kind when we finally met him.

While Kevin was a pleasant driver, there was another passenger on our trip from the airport staying in the opposite direction which added to our trip time. This was not known to us prior. Kevin was 30 minutes late picking us up and offer read texts while driving.
