  I am a big chicken and have never done anything like this in my life. These guys were absolutely amazing though and helped me conquer my fears and it was an incredible experience. It is such a beautiful place and they are all so friendly, we had a burger after and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

  Our 1st time zip lining & it was an incredible experience! The staff was fantastic (especially Ally)! They were all fun and very helpful with every aspect of the tour. The grounds and walking paths were well maintained and so beautiful! I would highly recommend this particular excursion!

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Treetop Adventure Park and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Lucia. The three staff members made the day unforgettable. Curim kept everyone laughing with his witty sense of humour, Kennon brought nonstop excitement and energy, and Zack was all smiles, making sure every guest was having a great time. Their hospitality truly stood out. One of the most impressive touches was that they offered to use our phones to take photos and videos while we enjoyed the course. That meant we could focus on the real experience instead of watching it through a screen. The photos and videos they captured were excellent, and they gave us memories we’ll cherish for a long time. No charge! Of course we left a tip for the boys but no gouging for money ever! The ziplining itself was incredible, longer lines, higher platforms, and fast runs through the forest that felt thrilling and exhilarating. Sometimes you’re flying through the trees at serious speed, and it is all about pure fun and adventure. What also stood out was how safety-conscious the team was. Everything was explained clearly, the staff were attentive and relaxed, and there were multiple redundant safety systems in place. We felt completely safe from start to finish. A small suggestion only: if driving yourself, a few extra roadside signs, especially one clearly marked entrance sign on the right-hand side with an arrow, would make arrival much easier. We initially drove past it thinking the entrance was farther ahead. Groups on tours do not have this problem as the guides know the area well. If you want history, scenic tram rides, flowers, and gentler zip lines, Rainforest Adventures Saint Lucia is great. But if you want bigger thrills, speed, and an unforgettable adventure, Treetop Adventure Park is the place to go. Or better yet, do both, like we did! Most of all, the staff made this experience special. Thank you Curim, Kennon, and Zack for such an amazing day.

  Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The guys were all super friendly and professional, we felt completely safe at all times. We were also treated to a delicious burger and some soft drinks at the end of the zip-lining, which was an added bonus as this wasn't mentioned in the booking. The zip-lining itself was spectacular and so much fun, we could've carried on for ages longer 🤩

  A great experience of zip lining at Treetop Adventure Park. They offer a variety of fun activities, but we just did the 12 ziplines. They are not the longest, fastest, or highest in the world, but they go through beautiful forested areas and it's a great way to experience a bit of adrenaline without being at truly insane heights/speeds. Like many reviews said, some guides were less than enthusiastic, but we are very social and chatted with the family in our group, so that did not take away from our experience. We did have to walk up some stairs, so if you have more severe mobility issues, it could be problematic, but considering there is almost no flat terrain in St. Lucia, we were surprised at how little we had to climb up. In Google Maps, eventually it says you've arrived when you haven't - just keep going (like many places in St Lucia), and it will be there shortly after. All around a fun, safe, and thrilling experience. What a beautiful way to see the rainforest!

  Great lines but the customer service wasn’t the best - firstly when we were paying we had a a weird staff member be very rude about not being locals I found this interaction very unnecessary and weird , also to us we waited around for 30mins without being told anything. Then the instructions for the Ziplining wasn’t very good (we needed gloves no one told us this and it was just not very clear) so to be honest the Ziplining was ok but Ziplining in Soufreire at Morne Coubaril was better in terms of service.

  Greg picked us up from Secrets and was a 75 minute ride to the park. Very informative tour each way by the driver. Greg’s bus is new and had clean seating and good ac. Once we arrived and got fitted in the gear the crew and park was awesome! The crew members kept up with our phone and captured plenty of videos and pictures. The crew members also used our phones and videoed between stations capturing the scenes. The hamburger lunch following the zip line was good. All in for the trip we were last to be picked up on the bus and 1st off. A group of around 15 I would say total. Was just over 5 hours from pick up to drop off for us. Great value and a good experience!

  Had a great tour of the island on the way to and from the ziplining with our driver Greg, we learned a lot about the history of St Lucia and the natural wonders of the island. Once we got to the ziplining course the staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive and they helped us the whole way along and even took great videos and pictures for us! We were then treated to a delicious late lunch and refreshments which we weren't expecting before saying thank you the hospitality and for welcoming us to the island. The course was great fun with water breaks between the course and the forest itself was spectacular! If you're reading this you won't be disappointed with the experience it was very well organised with great staff there to help along the way, great fun!
