  Unforgettable First Dive Experience! This was my first ever diving experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better team than the one at Trinco Bay Dive Center! The instructors were incredibly patient, professional, and made me feel completely safe from the start. They explained everything clearly and guided us step by step. Highly recommended! Thanks for making it such a fun and safe experience for all of us!

  “Everything in One Day: Food, Culture, Nature & Warm People” We couldn’t believe how much was packed into this one tour yet nothing felt rushed. We were a couple from Germany traveling around the East Coast, and this was a beautiful detour inland. What stood out most was how genuine everything felt. The family who welcomed us had no script, no performance they just showed us how they live, what they cook, and how they harvest food. The canoe boat ride across the reservoir was peaceful and romantic. Then came the elephants wow! It was a once-in-a-lifetime moment to see them up close in the wild. We even stopped at a gem workshop and herbal garden on the way back to learn more about Sri Lankan traditions. A big thank you to our guide and the whole team. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Trincomalee or Nilaveli!

  We rode a bullock cart along red-soil tracks, crossed a lake in a hand-paddled canoe, and visited a rural home where we helped cook local dishes on a wood fire. The lunch was simple but absolutely delicious fresh vegetables, rice, coconut sambol, and even herbal drinks made from plants in the garden. After this cultural immersion, we went on a 3-hour safari at Minneriya National Park. We saw at least 50 elephants, including babies, tuskers, and even spotted peacocks and crocodiles. The jeep ride was smooth and our guide was full of knowledge. This is the real Sri Lanka raw, beautiful, and heartwarming.

  I am Sam Fernando, owner of the Kalpitiya Diving Center, a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, and a PADI MSDT Instructor with over 30 years of diving experience. Two days ago, we visited Weligama Bay Dive Center, another PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, during our vacation. We were impressed by their exceptional service and warm welcome. The owner, Mr. Thaminda, and his dive team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They assisted us in finding an excellent surfing school. We completed two dives at beautiful sites in Weligama, guided by our instructor, Mr. Chamara, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. Each dive lasted approximately 55 minutes. Accommodation was provided at Shanthi Home, offering a peaceful and clean environment. The food was outstanding—delicious Sri Lankan South Coast cuisine. The small swimming pool was perfect for my 3-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter; they enjoyed it immensely. The diving equipment was of high quality, and the dive briefings were thorough and clear. Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our diving experience with them. We felt truly at home.   Went diving to 14m at yala rock with a very professional and interesting divemaster. Really new hes stuff about the way of the water. We see turtles, lobsters and best of all when we come up to board the boat a fin whale was no more than 3 - 10 meters away. The driver and divemaster were just excited as us great energy!! We watched for 20 minutes before heading to shore. Great experience
