For about 3 flavorful hours, you’ll stop at 4–5 local favourites to enjoy full servings of our nighttime staples, like hot doubles, spicy corn soup, Trini gyros, and rich homemade ice cream.
Each dish reflects a piece of Trinidad’s history: African, Indian, Middle Eastern, and more, all blending into bold, unforgettable flavours. You won’t find these hidden gems in a brochure.

5.00We had a truly wonderful, tasty evening with Anthony as our guide. Our bellies were full to bursting with new flavours as we explored some interesting food spots and learned more about the history of Trinidad and its multifaceted cultural and culinary heritage. Some great personal insights and reflections too, sharing his life's journey through as we explored this fascinating city, bringing the experience alive for us. 5.00What a wonderful experience! Meeting Anthony for the first time is like reuniting with an old friend who moved out of town and you haven’t seen in a long time. He’s cool to lime with and he really put careful thought into making this food tour a splendid local experience. I highly recommend it!

5.00Anthony has created a food tour that includes more than just a love for food, but also perfect for a history buff. While we drove around to the different food vendors, he was able to share facts about Trinidad that I never knew. (And I thought I knew a lot because my family is from here). It was so interesting to learn about Trinidad from this lens. But most importantly, the food stops were fantastic! I appreciated that Anthony took us to spots that are not necessarily extremely popular but were able to tout great tasting food. It felt like we were eating at all the hidden gems. It was a great sight-seeing adventure with a pleasant and very knowledgeable tour guide. He was professional, punctual and so fun to be around! I want to say thank you to Anthony for not only a great tour but also for bringing back our sunglasses even though we left it behind in the vehicle!

5.00We really enjoyed this tour experiencing local food where the locals eat it. The eclectic mix of cultures and flavours were all delicious and Anthony is a knowledgeable, passionate Trinidadian. A great way to spend an evening. Would highly recommend.

5.00This was an excellent experience that Anthony curated. It was a perfect mix of Trinidad’s history via storytelling, and good local food. Best corn soup I’ve had, doubles were delicious, come hungry because I had to forego the gyro because I had no room.
