Must in Rovaniemi! The participants are picked up from hotel in Rovaniemi at 10:00. We drive to Arctic Circle that is situated some 10 km north from Rovaniemi city.

The Arctic Circle is a line visible on the map, north of which the sun can be seen above the horizon even at midnight during the summertime. Contrastingly, during the winter the sun stays below the horizon for a certain time. As a unique memory everybody gets the official Arctic Circle crossing certificate. It is available in many languages and included to the price. The Santa Claus Village is a unique meeting place where hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over the world come to meet Santa Claus on every day of the year. A place where the fairytale becomes true. Did you know that humans can only see elves when the elves want to be seen? Welcome to the colourful Christmas world of beautiful cards, stamps and unique gifts. Sit by the fireplace and write to your friends all over the world. The cheerful Postal Elves will post your greetings for you, whether it’s Christmas or the middle of summer. Make friends and relatives happy by ordering a Santa Claus Letter, which will be sent by Santa Claus before Christmas. All post will be stamped by hand using the special postmark of the Santa Claus Post Office. P.S. The secret behind the red post box; all letters put through here will be sent for Christmas. The stores of the Santa Claus Village are open every day. The range of products includes local handicrafts from artisans that have been working for decades in Rovaniemi. Affordable giftware for international shoppers and top Finnish design products can be found from dozens of different giftware boutiques. The postal service of the Santa Claus Main Post Office will send items for you when you want them to be sent, perhaps for Christmas? In the Snowmobile museum you will see the first snowmobiles ever and se the difference between modernand historical ones. In Santa’s village or nearby we can also meet Santa’s reindeers. Make pictures with Santa’s reindeers and enjoy a lunch at the Arctic Circle. They are both included as well.

Great adventure and service! I traveled to Rovaniemi solo and was taken care of extremely well. The ATV adventure and reindeer farm were great fun, and the trip to see Santa Claus was a hoot. I recommend the agency highly.

Really an amazing experience trip to the Santa village, no rush of course as off season so get to meet Santa and have a nice chat with him. Crossed the artic circle line and got a certificate on it. Utsav from lapland tours was a great guide and enjoyed the morning to afternoon excursion. Recomment it highly. Send a post card, bought some circular playing cards from the Santa's post office.

We didn’t have any memorable experience as probably we were expecting a lot more. The lunch was very disappointing and we found that the tour was expensive for the value it gave.

Our tour started late because no one was coming to pick us up and no one was answering the phone. Fortunately, our guide Dimitar finally arrived and saved our day. He was very kind and helpful, explained everything, we chatted, he took photos and videos, and we had a great lunch together. Thank you Dimitar! Greetings from Maya and Anna from Italy

It was a magical experience meeting Santa and crossing the Arctic Circle. The best part of it was our guide, Reetta. She is an amazing human being. She's very friendly and a genuine soul. She definitely added to the wonderful experience we had. It was like touring the magical land with a kind fairy.
Disappointing..............cash machine.

What to say..... when we talk about the village of Santa Claus even as an adult we want to dream when we get there. But what a disappointment... shops as far as the eye can see, nothing more. Meeting with Santa Claus after an hour and a half waiting... for 2 minutes... and the best... 70€ the photo packs!!!! 🤑🤑 The magic of Christmas. Really disappointed...... even DisneylandParis does better in terms of decor and Mood. They really take advantage of the Christmas phenomenon to fill their p... Even at Santa's post office, no staging like leprechauns reading mail or anything... not just shopping cards and a whole bunch of babioless at abusive prices.... I paid this excursion more than 200€ for 2 people. So if you really want to do it, use a minibus shuttle that will pay you bcp less than a taxi, especially since the park is 10-15min from the center of Rovaniemi. BUT don't take it as a package excursion. Happy to have discovered this beautiful region and its beautiful landscapes. That white guy as far as the eye can see. Just that you need to know that you will get your hands in the pocket 😉. Oh oh oh....

We thought everything around the whole plot and the Arctic Circle was nicely built. Even though we are retired it was fun to meet Santa. 🎅

Took the grand daughter plus parents to Lapland (Rovaniemi) for 3 nights. Thought the trip might be a little tacky but it was nothing more than amazing. Girls were in awe of the day spent at Santa’s village where we sat in an ice bar watched a performance by the elves in a huge igloo drove reindeer and huskies enjoyed a free lunch and popped into wigwams to warm up in front of log fires! The jet ski ride through the woods to Santa’s cabin was magical and the elves entertained the girls whilst the family in front left the cabin unnoticed by them. Santa had in his hand the letters written by the girls (they posted blank sheets in the uk) which really ‘sealed the deal’. Hotel a little dated but we were hardly in it and the only down side was that the evening buffet was a ‘little too grown up’ for their taste buds! Sledges were free to use and slopes very near by. We were able to take a ski lift up to the start of the longest sledge run in the Northern Hemisphere - very scary run down! Ingram’s staff did an amazing job keeping all the children entertained on the a/c and bus and the elves at the airport on arrival set the scene. An expensive experience but worth it as the memories are priceless.

Had a great experience at the Santa village, our guide Kim was really nice with our children and guided us around the village making sure we didn't miss anything.
