We are visiting the fantastic Trollfjord:

The Trollfjord is one of the most visited nature attractions in Lofoten. The fjord is a sidearm the Raftsund east in Lofoten. The fjord is 2 km long, and only 100 meters wide at the most narrow. The steep mountains surrounding the fjord are between 600 and 1100 metres high. The fjord has also played an important part in our fisheries. The battle of the Trollfjord in 1890 is immortalized through Johan Bojer`s novel, «The Last Viking», and one of painter Gunnar Berg`s (1863-1893) main works. The painting of The battle of the Trollfjord can be viewed in Svinøya Rorbuer`s Gunnar Berg Gallery.

We went on an eagle safari as a couple. Even though we were the only guests on the tour, it still went ahead, and we’re really glad it did. The guide was knowledgeable and made sure we didn’t miss anything, even with just the two of us. He also made sure we were ok during the whole experience. We had plenty of options to make pictures. Overall it was a fantastic and unforgettable experience. We would definitely recommend this eagle safari to anyone who enjoys nature and wildlife. It was totally worth it!

Great trip with a wonderful captain explaining interesting things. We skipped Trollfjord due to bad weather but the other part was surely worth it!

We’re able to see everything we needed - got really close to the eagles, and boat ride was not as stressful as I anticipated. All the gears are included which was very helpful.

We booked an entire boat for our large family. The boat ride itself was beautiful. The guide made it fun and we learned a lot. We saw sea eagles and a pod of orcas.

It was a wonderful experience. You get an extra suit as well as glasses hats and gloves and then enjoy the exit. We drove to the eagles twice and were able to take great pictures. The Trollfjord is also magnificent. The tour is also possible in rainy weather.

Great experience. The guide knows very well the area and especially where are the eagles. He managed to be very close to the birds which seem to trust him. It gave us an exceptional opportunity to observe them from very near.

Magnus was very kind and knowledgeable, and navigated the boat well despite the storm in the area. He knows whwere to find the eagles and how to attract them.

A great experience, everything was super explained. We could observe the white-tailed eagles up close. Trollfjord very impressive and interesting facts about animals and fjord. Absolutely recommend!
