On this tour, your guide will introduce you to the must-see attractions of Trondheim. You will learn more about the history of the city and its legends.

Your guide will take you past the majestic cathedral of Nidaros, the birthplace of Christianity in Norway. Entrance ticket not included.

You will cross the old bridge also called "happiness portal" to access the charming old quarter of Trondheim and its colorful houses. In this neighborhood your guide will introduce you to the only bicycle elevator in the world. On the way back we will stop at Stiftsgården, the summer residence of the Norwegian royal family, and then we will finish in the central square of Trondheim with the large statue of the city's founder, Olav Trygvasson.

This was a 2 hour walk through the city. Just enough time with loads of information. Gave us plenty of time to shop and explore on our own before returning to the ship.

Absolutely wonderful excursion, led by Maelle from France, lives in Norway for three years, studied tourism in college. She is absolutely charming, her English is excellent, she told the stories well and interestingly, answered all questions in detail. Simply delightful!❤️ If you’re thinking what tour to choose and there are spots available for your date, do not hesitate! It’s THE BEST way to explore the city of Trondheim!👌

A must do experience in Trondheim! Gaelle met us at 7am which was a variation from the normal time it started. He knew lots about the city and gave us a wonderful tour. We had to be back at a very prompt time for our ship departure and he made sure we were back timely. 10/10 and you DEFINITELY should book this tour!!
