5.00We had an amazing time at Tulum, snorkeling with sea turtles, and the Cenote. This was a great tour that combined 3 great experiences into one excursion. We loved everything we did! Arturo was our guide and he was amazing! German was our driver and he did a great job as well. No complaints at all about this experience, I would highly recommend it!

5.00We went on an Ocean Tours Riviera Maya excursion yesterday and enjoyed a full-day trip. The transportation was excellent, they picked us up on time as agreed. Special praise goes to our guide Ruben, who was outstanding. All three locations we visited were very interesting, especially swimming with the turtles, where we also saw a stingray. The tour is definitely recommended — we truly enjoyed it!

5.00The tour company was very professional. Our tour guide Tomas was very knowledgeable friendly and engaging. This is my first time to Tulum and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour package to the Mayan temple, swimming with the turtles, and swimming in a cenote. Awesome experience.

5.00This trip was amazing. There was just the right amount of time at the ruins of Tulum, the snorkeling with sea turtles was fantastic- they take you out on a boat and then you slowly snorkel back in together as a group. We not only saw, but stuck around and watched at least 5 turtles. The tour guide even towed me with my two year old on a float to help support him so that I could snorkel the whole time instead of trading out with my husband. And then the Cenote was an organized snorkel around a circular cave. It was so much more than I pictured when I read the description. Our tour guide Suly was so friendly, knowledgeable, laid back, and flexible to the group’s needs. The photographer Tony took the best pictures I’ve ever gotten on a tour and seemed to really have fun doing it. I’ve been on many tours in my past 20+ years of traveling, and this one I have to say was my favorite. There were singles and couples in our group too, and I think they had just as good a time as well. Highly recommend it to everyone.

5.00From booking to pickup and tour of the Tulum site, Akumal snorkeling, and cenote our day was amazing! Our guide Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to share his understanding of culture, history, and environment with ease and fluency (in English and Spanish). We loved the small group size traveling by van - our driver Hymie was great. We were able to see the site, snorkel with turtles and swim though a cenote all in the course of a day! The buffet lunch was generous and had much variety.

4.00Overall very fun experience. We went with 4 couples and had a private tour. The tour guide, Paco, was very knowledgeable and fun. The one negative we had was that they forced us to take photos with their “photographer,” which took a lot of extra time. At the end, they made us sit through a sales pitch to buy the photos for $240 USD! They wouldn’t take no for an answer and we had to repeatedly tell them we weren’t interested. It kind of ruined the vibe of the trip and you can tell that Paco was in on it (kept saying “wow nice photo! Omg so amazing”). This took like 2 hours of our trip, just taking unnecessary photos and sitting through the pitch. I wouldn’t do it again because of this, but the trip itself was great
