  Hi me my partner and friends got a taxi from cancun to tulum ruins, when we got there to pay to get in we ws charged 3500 pesos ( £152.00 ) on card payment. When the price for admission for 2 adults should have been 1030 pesos ( £44.00 ) when I challenged the ticket lady about why she has charged so much she didn't understand and got someone who could speak English to assist her, the man who come to her assistance said its for a guide. I told him didn't want a guide never asked for a guide and to put money back onto card which they did, but still isn't showing its gone back in bank as yet fingers crossed , got receipts 🤔. The first card we tried to pay with got refused but noticed later they tried to charge 4000 pesos ( £172.00 ) . We paid cash 1030 pesos for 2 adults in the end. Be very careful when paying for anything in mexico by card it feals like everyones out to do you over. HOLIDAYS SHOULD BE ABOUT NOT GETTING STRESSED OUT SO BE CARFUL WITH YOUR MONEY AND WATCH OUT FOR THE SCAMERS.

  Marité was an incredible guide and was very informative. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Jorge Nuñez was a fab driver. Would highly recommend.

  We really enjoyed all three segments of this tour. Dara’s explanation of the ruins, history and Mayan culture was very interesting and educational. We saw at least 6 turtles at our next stop. The swim was welcomed after the heat of the ruins. Finally, the cenote was the highlight for everyone. Truly impressive and very invigorating. Once again, Dara was a fantastic guide.

  We had such a great experience on the tour! Emmanuel, Jaime & Ameth were super attentive and flexible with our group. They were great with the two small kids we brought along and were very encouraging with first time snorkeling and adventures. Lunch and snacks were delicious & lots of interesting information shared the whole time! 10/10!!!

• Swim with sea turtles!

  It's a must do to do this tour! The history of the Mayan ruins is interesting, Plus you will see lots kf iquanas. Swimming worh sea turtles is a definite highlight for me on this trip. Very easy to do as it was my first time snorkeling! The cenote was peaceful-be prepared for chiy wsgers, but look down below as the fish will swim right in front of you. The taco stand is sooo good!   Our tour guide Daniel was amazing! Incredibly funny, nice, and well-informed. We had a bit of bad luck with the turtles because the water was very murky. However, we still saw 3.

  We were picked up on time by Ruben at our hotel. Already on the way to the first stop, Ruben explained a lot about his country and about the day and what we could expect. First, we start our round in Tulum at the Maya ruins. This was super beautiful and very informative. After that, we drove to the sea turtles in Tulum. There, we went out to the open sea with Ruben and actually saw 3 turtles underwater. It was almost simply fascinating. Afterwards, we continued to a cenote, where we all got into the water and swam part of the way through. This was also very fascinating and impressive. Our trip ended with delicious, homemade tapas. The return journey was very good. We had an incredibly beautiful day with Ruben together in Mexico. Thank you very much for that 😘👍🏼
