An unforgettable experience. The "Tunnel of Hope" is a must-see, but the real highlight was our guide’s firsthand account of life during the siege. It’s educational, emotional, and very well-organized. If you only do one tour in Sarajevo, make it this one!

I discovered the tourist information office while walking and thinking about what I was going to do on Sunday. I bought a Tunnel of Hope tour from the company. Mr Adnan guided us. He is a veteran. I am proud of having time with a hero like him. He drove and told us many things about this special city. He did his best. He answered all the questions with patience. Although it was pouring I had a great time. Everybody in this office is super nice! Everything was perfect. Thanks a lot!

We recently did a tour around Sarajevo with Adnan and it was excellent. His first-hand experiences of the conflict in the 90s and the way he spoke about the realities of all involved, was both touching and sobering. As a veteran, he was able to give specifics about both the experiences of soldiers and civilians and gave insights into the incredible resilience shown by the people of Sarajevo during the siege. His warmth and advocacy for peace came through at every turn.

This trip was an unprecedented experience for us. We learned many stories hidden deep within the ancient land of Sarajevo, especially the war thirty years ago. We are grateful to Mr. Adnah for taking us into this history we had only heard about on television news since childhood.

A city that has seen war in such recent times is definitely not a tourist destination like any other and this tour is not like the others. We had the opportunity to talk for hours with the veteran who guided us, Adnan, a man of rare intelligence and sensitivity, a peace activist, who showed us the most significant places, the now busy and pulsating points of the city where there was rubble before, the points where there were international journalists or those where snipers were stationed, who explained the geography of the siege of Sarajevo, but above all led us to reflect on what happened before during and after. Personally I will carry this experience with me as a very precious memory, and I will keep coming back often to his words.

Very good insight into the siege of Sarajevo from a person who was on the front lines. Having lived during the time of war in Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina, having family members who have lived in Sarajevo during the siege and escaped through the tunnel, it was an emotional experience. The guide's willingness to answer questions and his honesty were very much appreciated.

The tour was very enjoyable, we visited several places on the events of the Bosnian War in the vicinity of Sarajevo. Our guide - an educated, erudite man, spoke in excellent English about the events of those years, shared his impressions. The story was lively and fascinating.

The War Tour was excellent. Adnan explained the history of Sarajevo in a very engaging way, especially because he had personally experienced many of the events himself. It was very interesting to hear everything from his perspective. I highly recommend joining this tour.
