Together with the chef, we shape a balanced menu tailored to your experience from soups, main courses, mezes, and desserts. Arrive at our spacious, high-ceiling atelier in Galata and meet your professional chef. Learn essential kitchen skills hands-on, knife techniques, ingredient preparation, traditional Turkish cooking methods, and professional plating. Every guest actively participates from preparation to final presentation. Discover cultural stories behind each recipe as you cook. From Ottoman palace kitchens to regional specialties across Anatolia, techniques passed down through generations come alive in this workshop. The chef guides you step by step through a joyful experience with music in a relaxed atmosphere. After cooking, sit together at the chef's table and enjoy everything you've prepared in a warm, social setting. Savor traditional flavors you created with your own hands while sharing the experience with fellow food lovers. Duration: 3-4 hours (prep, cooking, dining). All ingredients, equipment, apron, beverages, and recipe booklet included.
