We will meet at the front of Santa Maria Novella train station at 7:45am, ready for an 8.00am start. Your guide will be holding a WALKABOUT TOURS sign, right by the taxi stand at Santa Maria Novella train station across from the outside McDonald's. After meeting your expert guide, an air-conditioned coach will whisk you away to the first stop of the day, Siena. The drive to Siena will take about 1 hours 15 minutes. During the journey, your guide will explain the itinerary for the day and entertain you with interesting facts about Siena and Tuscany!!!
Siena
Siena is a real medieval gem and in fact one of Tuscany's most famous and beautiful hill top towns. When you arrive you will join a 1 hour guided walking tour with a local city guide through Siena's most beautiful streets and sites, including the entrance to the Cathedral, a treasure chest of artworks. Afterwards, enjoy Siena at your own pace with free time for shopping or relaxing in an open-air cafe.

5.00This was such a wonderful experience! It is a long day and a lot of walking, so you definitely need to be able bodied. But our guides were both fantastic and all of the locations were amazing! Definitely something you should do if you have a whole day to dedicate to seeing what Tuscany had to offer outside of Florence.

5.00Luca was amazing!!! He was very entertaining and tried to make the best of the weather we had. He was always hyper focused on safety especially with a decent size group. Would highly recommend as he added much context to all the sites that we visited. He also gave a locals perspective on everything which have better information about the protective from a native. Be warned it's a long day, use the bathroom BEFORE getting on the bus to save time at every stop

4.00It was interesting to see the 3 cities & have the farm lunch (very good). The guide in Siena was very good! I wish we had more than 55 minutes in San Gimignano - we barely got up the hill into town. I’m not sure if 1.5 hour bus ride is worth seeing Pisa - we got there right at sunset. I didn’t realize it was just a few monuments. We walked along some streets with lots of traffic, under a bridge & across many intersections - it felt dangerous. The bus was very nice & the driver was great - hard job driving that vehicle on those narrow roads. Our guide Gabriel walked extremely fast; he did have lots of information.
