One of our first stops will be at the Jewett House. This beautiful lake front house was built in 1915 by the timber industry for a plant manager that worked at a nearby mill. Not only did they build the manager a gorgeous home, but its also on a spot with some of the best views of Lake Coeur d'Alene. From this location we will be able to view the famous 14th hole of the golf course. The 14th hole is the only floating green in the world. The beach front of this gorgeous home is now public property and a favorite spot for locals and we will show you how you can access it and avoid the crowds. After departing the Jewett House we will head along Lakeshore Drive with its beautiful old mansion homes and incredible views of the lake.

McEuen Park

Coeur d'Alene is home to many beautiful parks and one of the largest is McEuen Park. We will travel through the park. along the base of Tubbs Hill. The park has active osprey nesting boxes and deer are often seen roaming around the hill. We will stop at the Adventures of Mudgy and Millie trailhead that was developed based on a popular children's story book that was brought to life with this 2.5 mile hiking trail. We will make a stop at the Fallen Officer memorial and waterfall for a brief break and photo op.

I'd never seen a tour on Rydables before, but they turned out to be SO much fun! I appreciated the whimsy and opportunity to choose my own "skin." I was surprised at how easy they were to maneuver, AND they go up to eight miles an hour which is perfect! Gary, the owner, was the tour guide for my twilight tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and enthusiastic about the tour. I had no idea I'd get pictures and video of the experience afterward so that was a great surprise! I've already shared those with friends and family. It was such a fun way to explore Coeur d'Alene! Everyone should do it!

Our family of three did the 1.5 hour Rydables Twilight Tour and had such a blast! Gary and Linda were fantastic tour guides, keeping us all at ease and informed as we navigated around and learned about CDA. Plus, people love to wave and say ‘hi’ when you’re riding those things! Don’t miss this unique experience

This was such a fun experience! Our guide, Mark, was informative and funny, and our Rydables were the talk of the town! A great way to learn history, even if you're from the area.

Went with my family. Grandkids loved it. Scott was our guide and was fantastic! So knowledgeable, fun and engaging. Highly recommend for those wanting to see more of the area.

The evening cruise with the rydable’s was amazing with Gary and RJ. The first of the trip Gary explained about the history of the town and on the way back we continue to enjoy the ride. It was a nice and fun experience!

Mike and Scott guided us along along the lake and through the parks. The local information they shared on this tour was well presented. The Rydables are so much fun! As a group of friends it was a fun & funny activity

Mark and Steve were great tour guides. Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed the tour. In hindsight, I wish we did the tour at the beginning of the trip as Mark was able to give us a lot of insight on the city we didn't have earlier in the week. This is a fun, quick tour that allows you to get to know the city in a fun way. Would highly recommend.
