During this experience you’ll learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to safety and what it takes to explore the underwater world.
There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first Time . The biggest challenge we have is not taking divers into the water, but taking them out when the dives are over.

Your first dive takes you to the MUSA where art and marine life intertwine beneath waves. Dive 2: You'll explore the Manchones Reef. Expect to encounter colorful coral and plenty of marine life Return After your underwater adventures, we’ll head back to the same dock Health Diving isn't recommended for folks with asthma, heart issues, high blood pressure, lung disorders, epilepsy, or recent surgeries. If this applies to you, bring a doctor's note so you don't miss out! Post After diving, wait 18-24 hours before hopping on a plane. Bring: Pack your swimsuit, towel, and any personal care items. Oh, and if you’re prone to seasickness, pop some anti-nausea meds 1-2 hours before boarding.

5.00My sons and I did a Discover Scuba course with Scuba Total. Gaby was excellent at communicating with us and we had everything including transportation to the marina organized ahead of time. On the day of the course everything went smoothly. We arrived and were met warmly and made to feel completely at home. All the gear was in good service. Our instructor and DM was Fabio, he is very patient, his instruction was clear and he made sure everyone understood before he went on. After the pool dives we went out on the boat. Fabio took his time with one of my son's who had trouble equalizing at the surface and made sure he made the descent safely. My son got seasick between dives and Fabio took charge and got him back in the water for the second dive. Afterwards both my sons said the dives were great despite how he felt. I would not hesitate to recommend Scuba Total to anyone wanting to dive in Cancun!

5.00Since I was little I've loved the ocean , my dream was that my wife and daughters shared my passion. Thanks to Scuba Total now my daughters have also achieved this dream. I wouldn't think of someone better to lead, teach and keep us safe than Scuba Total. Now a new generation of divers has come and we feel grateful for the team and their amazing service. Scuba Total is the best option!

5.00I cannot say enough great things about this company and staff. from the start; great communication and guidance from Gabby 🔆 she was crucial to my planning and experience. she arranged our transport and assured me that Aldo and Fabio would be waiting for us at the shop. I have my open water certification but don’t dive regularly and it was my husbands first time even trying this so we were a tough couple to handle! Gabby set us up with the best! 🐠 we were greeted immediately by a huge smiling man who knew who we were. Aldo grabbed our gear and made us feel like we were part of the team. Then Fabio sat down with my terrified husband and patiently went through the basics…again and again and again 🤣. Fabio got us in the pool and let us practice our safety drills. At the dive site; we rolled off the boat, swan to the dive line and started our descent. or at least, I did. at the surface I could see Brian not doing well, panicking a bit and not coming down. I watched from below Fabio take total control, calmed him down and do some breathing exercises with him. they descended. Brian was more relaxed and began to swim with his new dive buddy; Fabio. I followed behind them and took in the most amazing reef, statues and marine life. Fabio took care of all the videos so we could just enjoy our two dives. the water is perfect, the healthy reef is abundant with marine life and corals. I’m a bit jealous that Brian got the first hand view of a nurse shark, barracuda and the sleeping stingray but at least I got to see them swim away 🤣 Tony did a great job getting us back to the shop after one of the boat engines quit! I will always dive with Total Scuba. 100% professional, safe, communicative and so very friendly!! Fabio saved my dive by being patient and skilled with Brian! can’t wait to book again 🐟

5.00If you're looking for the perfect place to scuba in Cancun, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. My brother and I had an amazing first time diving at Scuba Total. We both were nervous but Fabio did an amazing job at talking us through the experience and giving us knowledgeable training beforehand! They taught us everything we needed to know and made sure we comprehended each skill. Gaby was wonderful with helping us book our adventures and answered all questions we had! Special shout out to Rafael, he was extremely welcoming and even provided snacks and water! The staff is amazing, and the experience was beyond words. Thank you to everyone at Scuba Total!

5.00It's an unforgettable time! The underwater view is absolutely beautiful, full marine life and colors I’ve never seen before. The ocean is also incredibly clear. The instructor was super patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire class. If you're even a little curious about scuba diving, I highly recommend Scuba Total. You'll be in great hands and see an entirely new world under the sea!

5.00This experience was amazing! This was my first time diving and I went in feeling a bit nervous and ended up having the best time. Aldo was a phenomenal instructor who was constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend!

5.00What a day..what an experience !!! If you’re a beginner, a novice, a first time diver like me…BOOK HERE !!!!! Aldo and his team will take you and make your day a memory that you will never forget. From the booking, to the initiation Thanks Gaby ), the boat trip, the dive(s)…everything was top draw. I was so nervous and excited at the same but Aldo put me at ease and made me feel like Jacques Cousteau !! I won’t be waiting another 40 years to do this again and when we come back next year, my first call will be to SCUBA TOTAL or book MULTIPLE days !!! Scuba Total is the place to go. You guys ROCK!! 5.00Both Gaby and Aldo are impeccable, beyond the excursion, super punctual, super attentive, they provide you not only the equipment, but also absolute restraint, they strive to make the activity really unique, we saw fish, corals, sunken statues, manta rays, sea turtles, a shark, thousands of voles fish, a puffer fish, I felt inside the movie The Little Mermaid! Ja I started with a lot of fear and they got me to break that barrier! I did it thanks to them! Reeee them I recommend ooo

5.00Scuba Total was amazing! My wife and I (both open water certified) decided last minute to do a two-tank dive. We contacted a few shops, but Gabby at Scuba Total was very responsive and helpful, offering us many options and even organizing another boat to take us to the reefs we want to do! It was quick and easy to pay, and Gabby helped arrange everything, even offering transport to the marina. Our divemaster Aldo was equally amazing! Aldo spoke English and Spanish very well, and was there to welcome us when we arrived at the marina. Even though it had been a while since my wife's last dive, he was very helpful in giving us all the information that we needed to feel comfortable and ready to dive! Though conditions were a tad rough (weather can be unpredictable on the coast), Aldo worked with our captain to find two great dives sites for the conditions, and did an awesome job guiding us during the dive. Aldo was able to point out even the smallest hidden creatures, making our dive very memorable! I highly recommend Scuba Total to either new or experienced divers - they are easy to work with, great communicators, and very accommodating and knowledgeable!
