3.00We arrived at 8:45 AM as instructed to complete paperwork and store our belongings. Although advertised as a private tour, we were required to wait for additional participants, which was not clearly explained on Tripadvisor. We waited until around 9:40 AM before finally heading down to the rafting area. The rafting itself was the highlight and very enjoyable. However, the mid-way stop felt unnecessary, especially with people smoking and overpriced food and drinks. After finishing, we also had to wait about 20 minutes for transportation back, unlike other companies that were ready immediately. Overall, 3 stars. The tour guide was great. High energy and lots of personality.

5.00We had a blast. You do have to walk 300 steps down and 300 steps back up. My husband and I are in our early 60s and we had a fine time doing it. The equipment was good and guide was excellent, enjoyable and funny. Felt very safe. Wonderful experience.

5.00Perfect balance for the whole family. Kids 16, 14 and 10 who all had fun. The stop for beer and soft drinks on the way down was very welcome. Great guides too. A long walk done the hill on bad steps is tough, so make sure you are ready for it. Really recommended, just ask about the water level to ensure there are some rapids.

5.00Transfer was included and the driver was punctual. The guides were very good and spoke to us throughout the experience about the history along the river and made me feel very safe. I’ve never done this before and was quite nervous but by the end I enjoyed it so much I wanted it to continue. Just be warned the walk down to the river is difficult as the steps are absolutely massive and I now feel like I’ve done leg day in the gym.

5.00This was really fun! I've been rafting in other countries, but enjoyed this rafting trip the most! Fun guide, lots of beautiful scenery and rapids, a stop at a waterfall, a slide (!), and some wildlife sightings!

4.00A coworker did this last year and recommended it (otherwise I wouldn’t have). I’m so glad my husband and I tried this and would also recommend to anyone else who is even slightly interested!! It was a great experience overall- lots of stairs to walk down to the river, but use your paddle as a walking stick! Once on the water our guide was great at navigating, keeping it fun & practically effortless (there were 2 other couples). The scenery is breathtaking and we had 2 stops: waterfall photo op & (additional fee snack break). A bit of caution: we saw one raft get stuck in the vines/rapid and some passengers needed rescue. We were also concerned with other rafts splashing water at each other and some of it got in my mouth 😕 Gede Juni was our driver to/from the hotel & graciously let us change out of our wet clothes in his minivan after rafting lunch. (They have changing rooms, but the toilets were less than desired so I didn’t want to try) He also had great American music playing in the vehicle 🎶
