Booking Confirmation Travelers book their airport transfer, providing flight details, destination address, and contact information. A confirmation message is sent via email or text. Pre-Trip Coordination Prior to arrival, the assigned driver reviews the traveler's flight schedule and monitors real-time flight updates to ensure timely pickup, even in case of delays. Arrival and Pickup Upon landing, travelers collect their luggage and proceed to the designated airport waiting zone. The driver will be there holding a sign with the traveler’s name for easy identification. Meet and Greet The driver greets the traveler, assists with luggage, and guides them to the vehicle parked nearby. Comfortable Transfer The journey begins from the airport to the traveler's chosen destination (hotel, motel, home, etc.). Our drivers ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable ride. Drop-Off The traveler is dropped off directly at the provided destination address. Assistance with luggage is provided if needed. Post-Service Support After the drop-off, travelers can reach out to us for feedback, future bookings, or any questions.

Bilguun offers a total luxury experience, he’s very educated, speaks perfect English and was very punctual. The ride takes a while due to traffic, but we had a very enjoyable conversation. I strongly recommend him when traveling in Mongolia.
