I booked their North Shore tour and cancelled at 6 o'clock in the morning on the day the tour supposed to be operated. Looks like they don't do business in year 2025 at all. I was checking other activities booking sites and found reviews are good for Uncle Rob but it was not. You may look for another tour, or at least better to check with Uncle Rob directly if they do business now.

We had the best time with Wild Mike and Uncle Benji! The tour was more than I expected because we had the best tour guides…ever! It was fun and funny! Learned a lot about the islands history. I wish we went on this tour earlier in our trip, so I could have used some of the tips and visited the beaches they showed us. We will be back!

Justin was an amazing tour guide who shared his passion for Hawaiian fauna, food, and green sea turtles! What a spectacular experience!

I think our word of the trip was disappointed. Everything was underwhelming. Turtle Bay was clearly the only place that offered everything we wanted on (luxury!) but it wasn't as expected. 1. Too many children!!! While we love our kids and travel with them often, we were shocked at how "family focused" this resort really is. There were water slides and a kids area in the VIP lounge. The noise was pretty significant, as were the screaming infants at $400 dinners. 2. The beach was hugely disappointing. If I am paying $1500 a night to stay at your resort, you do NOT charge me $40 to sit on beach chairs. The beach area a tiny roped off area RIGHT next to a public beach area. And as apparently the entire shore line is public, there were people sitting in front of us on said rented chairs. Note: the "private" beach area doesn't even open until 11:30am! And we went down early to find it a total mess, with trash and beer cans. Again, not acceptable for these prices! 3.Pool was overcrowded and there was a mass rush to get chairs. I hate that. We wanted a luxury trip with zero stress. The servers at the pool were super friendly and efficient. 4. The VIP lounge was not worth the cost. Breakfast was nice but lunch was pitiful and appetizers at night varied. There was only beer and wine. Average wines... again, not five star. But again, the service was stellar. 5. The Luau was a joke. We paid $500 for two tickets. The buffet dinner was horrible and the show was incredibly lame. The one at Disneyworld is better. This was a cowboy theme - and the two men "dancing" on stage looked mortified to be there. Overall, this was our first (and last) visit to Hawaii. Perhaps we were wrong to pick Oahu (but we did want to tour Pearl Harbor). We also stayed at two different places in Waikiki (far worse then Turtle Bay). For this money, try Boasase in Curacao. Or La Sammana in St. Maarten. This was simply disappointing.
