Uluwatu Sunset Tour is favorite half day tour, where you will be taken to visit beautiful temple which stands on the top of cliff with stunning view of Indian Ocean. Uluwatu temple offers amazing panoramic view of cliff and sunset as its backdrop. It is a great tour program, discovering the historical and beautiful site of Uluwatu Temple which built in the megalithic era. It is very old temple kept by the group of monkeys who living in the dry forest close to the temple area. We offer 3 options for the tour, please choose the one that suits your needs.

Option 1: All Inclusive Tour

This tour includes entrance ticket of the temple, Kecak and Fire Dance ticket, and Balinese dinner (Seafood) in Jimbaran Beach

Option 2: Not Include Dinner

This tour includes entrance ticket of the temple, Kecak and Fire Dance ticket. Dinner is at own expenses

Option 3: Basic Tour (Non-Inclusive)

This tour includes private tour and guide. NOT include entrance fee, Kecak Dance ticket, and dinner.

Uluwatu Temple

Uluwatu Temple is closely related with a Holyman named Mpu Kuturan who come to Bali island in the year 1039 AD, and in the time there were few Cults founded in Bali, all of them live in harmony and tolerated each other.Then by him unify all cults become Tri Murti concepts. And on his spiritual journey, which at the time he builts 17 temples and one of them is Uluwatu temple.

Kecak and Fire Dance

Kecak Dance is played by about 50 men by shouting the words CHAK, and the theme story that they played taken from history of Ramayana. Which tells about the journey of Sri Rama is an incarnation of the God with his brother Laksmana to liberate his wife Sita, who was kidnapped by Rahwana the king of Alengkapura.

I enjoyed the view of the temple so much, it was going to be more interesting if we’d go to the beach down there and take some shots between the rocks. Suta was amazing and lovely man! To whoever is seeing this, please give him a raise.

Very lovely time! As I was traveling solo, it was very nice to have someone pick me up and take me around these places. We first stopped at a little Luwak Coffee stand where I was shown what the farms in the north of Bali produce. They let me try some teas and coffee (luwak coffee was an extra fee). The temple was very beautiful along the cliffs and the sea. After a walk around, I was able to be squeezed into the first row of the Kecak dance. The story was of the Ramayana- which was very cool to see the Balinese cultural interpretation of the story. Afterwards, I had a wonderful dinner of Balinese seafood at the ocean while hear the waves lap away. It was so much food that I could not finish it all! Then after a nice long day, I was dropped back at the hotel.

My family and I had such a great afternoon and evening on this tour. Everything was well organised, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the sunset due to the rainy weather, but the views at Uluwatu Temple were breathtaking, and the Kecak dance was a truly unique cultural experience. Our driver Suta was wonderful — so friendly, kind, and welcoming. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. His positive attitude and professionalism really enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommend this tour, and especially our driver, to anyone visiting Bali.

Don’t wear sunglasses or hats or glasses! It will get stolen by monkeys! The Kecak is something everyone should see once. It was amazing and beautifully created. The temple grounds are lovely. You don’t get to go in the actual temple. The location is breath taking.

Our driver Norman was lovely, as was seeing Uluwati. Kecak dance was interesting and entertaining. However, the Jimbaran Beach dinner gave us both Bali belly and it put a downer on the whole experience

The Kecak is an amazing Experience.. Be careful of Monkeys on the grounds they are sneaky and we saw several people get their sunglasses stolen. our guide/ driver warned us

This activity is very nice. We enjoyed watching the Kekak dance during the sunset. Lots of crazy monkey around. Our tour guide Nyoman was very nice and professional. We definitely recommend this trip .

Wayan did an excellent job getting us to the events and navigating the chaotic Saturday night Bali traffic. Added a stop at a unique coffee tasting garden which was very enjoyable. Helped us with the protocols and kept us safe from the monkeys at Uluwatu temple. The fire dance was amazing and a very memorable experience. Restaurant was the only disappointment. Very crowded, rushed and “institutional”. Seafood was below average.

The temple tour, dance, dinner, transport and guide was really good value. Was super helpful to have a guide as it’s likely we would struggle to find tickets for the show and would have had our sunglasses stolen by monkeys had we not known they do so very often! Dance was awesome and the dinner at Jimbaran Bay Seafood was also an awesome experience by the beach with lovely staff. Surya was our guide, very informative and easy to get along with. Would highly recommend!
