1.00I booked a umrah guide package, I was told multiple times by the Viator operator that I was booking a in person umrah tour guide and as well as transportation from Jeddah to Makkah, so I booked, I was charged $180 dollars. And they told me last minute that a tour guide was not included in the package after multiple times a viator operator assured me a guide was in the package prior to booking. This was nothing short of a dishonest scam and disgusting behavior to say the least.

5.00My husband and I made Umrah with Aqueel. Aqueel contacted us the day before to arrange the time and meeting place. It took a little time due to the huge crowd but we met. Aqueel was very professional and made sure we all stayed together and recited all the necessary Duas. He even escorted my husband to the barbershop to get his haircut.
