Find out how local coffee is brewed using a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press) to create a flavor that is truly rich and deep. Hear about the steps needed to roast dark beans, so that they mix perfectly with sweet condensed milk. Prepare black coffee, happy white coffee, Hue Imperial salt coffee, and Ha Noi capital egg coffee. Sip your coffee with a cookie at the end of class while taking in good music in a comfortable atmosphere. After enjoyed: white coffee, egg coffee, coconut.... you got the creations then you will make the very unique lantern. The coffee made and we will drink them during the lantern class to reduce the stresfull when you make your own lanterns. Go home with the beautiful and foldable lantern to decorate and enjoy it with a vietnamese coffee making by filter that is the beautiful combination.

5.00Both the coffee class and the lantern making were amazing. The coffee class was soooo fun, the family giving the class is so cute :) they teach you about the history of coffee culture in Vietnam and the blends they use. The lantern making really tested my patience but I loved it so much I bought 3 lantern kits for myself and my partner to do at home, and other 9 kits as souvenirs for myself friends. Hoi an is really the paradise for people who love arts and crafts!

5.00Excellent experience making 5 different coffees with the most lovely teachers who are very friendly and love some karaoke during the class! We were also taught about the origins of each type of coffee and how it is made.

5.00We had so much fun on this experience! The coffee making was so well organised and set up, the team were all very lovely and helpful throughout, and the main guy talking us through how to make the coffees brought a lovely spirit to the activity! We then moved onto the lateen making, where there was one person teaching us 2 and therefore got more personal support and discussions about the lanterns. We had the best time at both of this experiences, and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone visiting! Everyone was so friendly and wonderful, making it the best experience for us.
