Dwayne is truly amazing and knowledgeable. We appreciate you informing us about the library card; we have successfully acquired it. It was a wonderful experience.

The tour guide only got us access to capitol building, met us after the capitol tour ( which is provided for free by capitol). Met us after the capitol tour and shared the already free timed tickets for library of congress and "parted ways". Told us to follow the tunnel to the library. No guidance for library, and literally didn't share a single piece of information about anything with us throughout. Not worth the price at all. I'd recommend people to plan better and book these items beforehand rather than purchasing this tour.

Dewain provided an exceptional tour; he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. Before heading to the Capitol, he took the time to introduce himself and personally greet everyone in our group. Throughout the tour, he offered a deep dive into the history and construction of the building, ensuring the experience remained interactive by answering all our questions and addressing our specific interests. I highly recommend his services. Pro-tip for the Library of Congress: Skip booking through Viator. You can secure tickets directly on-site. Also, keep in mind that while anyone can tour the building, you need a physical library card to enter the actual reading rooms. If you have the time to get one, it is absolutely worth it!

Our meeting location at botanic gardens was easy to find. Our guide Duane was very nice and knowledgeable. Shout to to Duane. It was a little fast paced. My mom with a sore foot from the day before had a hard time keeping up. Duane did let us and another couple know where accessible ramps and elevators were located. I would not suggest this for someone in a wheelchair. We did not go into the Supreme Court just saw it as we passed by to get into the capitol tour and library of congress. Our guide had to leave for his next tour so another person in our group took the group ticket for us to see the library of congress. The tour guide left us at 11;30 am. We saw the library of congress in a hour. April was a lot of 8 graders on their spring break.

Guide was very nice and knowledgeable, provinig nice insights. However the cost of the tour is vastly exaggerated considering you get taken to the capital, wait like all others then get handed off to a Capital guide who explains everything about the buiulding and its history. You pay a LOT just because there are limited tickets openly available.
