5.00This is an open boat tour so weather may affect your ride. Umbrellas were provided and the rain was short-lived. We had a wonderful guide/captain in Anna. We would book with this company again.

3.00The boat itself was nice and looked nice, but the guide barely mentioned anything and seemed uninterested. Online you can also find everything copied from a trip in Amsterdam, it seems, and the guide himself knew more about Amsterdam than about Utrecht. It says online that you would get a welcome drink, but when I was on the boat I still had to pay for my drink.

5.00It was a very spontaneous action that we boarded at Luuc and Jasmine. It was very nice, we laughed and chatted with the other guests. The atmosphere was great and Luuc proudly introduced his sister Jasmijn who was on board as a tour guide for the first time! She did great! Highly recommended! We will definitely get on board again🥂☀️

5.00A very relaxing cruise taken at the end of the day through the canals of Utrecht, which allowed us to nicely conclude a day of sightseeing.
Over crowded, no free drink as advertised (welcome drink included) and couldn’t hear guide but otherwise nice.

1.00It said welcome drink included and guide said it wasn’t included which was odd. The boat was overcrowded and we were smushed together. The guide was hard to hear also.

4.00I booked this to see the light show. There weren't as many lights as I thought, but what was there was very cool. The guide knew the names of all the light installations and the stories behind them. He also pointed out interesting buildings and facts along the route, and stopped so we could take photos. There were padded seats, blankets and wine - I enjoyed it! It was cold and windy, but it was winter in Amsterdam... The blankets were a nice touch. The only thing I will agree with the other reviews is that it was very hard to find - there were no signs anywhere. I actually missed the boat I booked because I couldn't find it, but they honored my ticket for the previous time slot. Also, since I ended up on the last cruise of the night and there weren't many people, the guide drove me back to the area of my hotel on the water! That was very nice and definitely above and beyond.

3.00We had a terrible time finding them. We used their directions.We took an uber so we were in the right area,but they don't have anything marking their spot so when The boat is gone you don't know where to go, The trip with the lights was beautiful. I did expect to see more lights.The seats were not comfortable and it was very cold.I would not book it again.

1.00I decided to take my boyfriend to Amsterdam as our first holiday together as a Christmas present and decided to book a canal cruise for something to do the first night (01/01/2020). We arrived with plenty of time to the departure area (dock 7 opposite the Hilton hotel), showed the lady our confirmation email/ticket only to be told that they were a totally different company! She suggested going down to the next dock to see if our company was there but no... absolute scam. No canal cruise for us and a complete disappointment for the first night of what was supposed to be a lovely first holiday together!
