  We reached out to Mark after seeing all glowing reviews. He was easy to work with and schedule our airport pick up and drop off. Our driver was Albert who works with Mark. Albert was friendly with a nice comfortable vehicle. He also was able to tell us about the island while we drove to the resort. We stopped for a breathtaking viewpoint photo. Highly recommend choosing Mark and his business for airport transfers.

  I dealt with Mark (owner) before I arrived in St Lucia to arrange the round trip airport -hotel pick up. Communication was simple and very straightforward, with a partial deposit to secure the booking and then cash upon being dropped off to the hotel on day of pick up. Pick up from hotel on day of return was a lovely drive back by Mark’s son who was very pleasant and chatty.

  We booked our airport transport after seeing Mark’s business recommended on the Secrets Facebook page. It’s nice to see the island by driving through vs. boat transport. Mark was responsive and punctual from start to finish. We were picked up by his son in an immaculate vehicle and offered water, soda, and rum punch/beer right away! We ended up booking a private tour of the island which included seeing the banana plantation, hiking, botanical gardens, water fall, and lunch overlooking the pitons as well as shopping at the market. Mark is very knowledgeable about the island. He made us feel like family from the start and we had such a pleasant experience with him! We hope to come back to St. Lucia and we will definitely use his taxi service again!

  Our first trip to St. Lucia was an amazing vacation, partially because of Rising Sun Taxi Service (Mark). He was on time for pick up at the airport. The drive to the resort was long, but Mark made it enjoyable and we felt totally safe in his hands. We were so impressed with him, that we booked an island tour later in the week. His vehicles are clean and comfortable. Mark is so knowledgeable and was quick to change plans to our suggestions. We had the best day with him and loved the island. He also returned us to the airport. We have a new friend in Mark, and would highly recommend him for your trip to St. Lucia.

  I found marks and his taxi service on the Royalton Facebook page. He was highly recommended. I made arrangements with him for transfer to and from hotel and booked an island excursion with him. He was very friendly, funny, knowledgable. He is quick to respond to messages. Along the way to the hotel he stopped at pull outs to take pictures of the scenery. Mark is also really good at taking photos for you. We did the island tour with him. Mark made the excursion so much easier than going with a big group. I would recommend him to any body going to visit the island.

  Mark was prompt professional and courteous. His mini bus/ taxi was immaculate. He was very knowledgeable. We used him for an island tour as well as for an airport transfer. His driving was safe. I would recommend Mark without hesitation!

  We feel so lucky to have lined up with Rising Sun Taxi / Mark to assist us with our transportation to our hotel from the airport as well as a full-day customized tour! He was so warm, so knowledgeable, and made sure we returned to the airport right on time. I highly recommend booking Rising Sun Taxi. His vehicle was also very comfortable with amazing AC.   Wow!! I cannot praise this company enough! Mark, our driver, was fantastic. He was friendly and professional and EXCELLENT driver! We had heard that the journey to Sandals Grande Saint Lucia was very long and unpleasant in the shuttle. Thankfully, I was not nervous at all, with his expertise and conscientious driving. My husband was equally impressed. Mark was so knowledgeable about the different areas we drove through, sharing about beautiful St. Lucia. I HIGHLY recommend Rising Sun Taxi Service.   Had a lovely experience using Rising Sun Taxi Service Saint Lucia during my first trip to the island this week. Had the pleasure of meeting Mark and his son during the ride from the airport to and from the Royalton St. Lucia. The drive was about 2 hours but the scenery was impressive on the way. The vehicles used were spotless and quite comfortable with air conditioning. We were offered drinks each way and given opportunities to take some beautiful photos on the journeys. Both drivers were very punctual and reached out to confirm pickups and drop offs in a timely manner. The conversation flowed naturally and felt very comfortable during the drive. I would not hesitate to put my trust in Mark for another airport transfer and hope in the future to do one of the excursions that he offers around the beautiful island. Thanks again!
