1.00We chose this company for our traveling needs because it says it caters to customers who are celebrsting special events in their lives. Upon arrival, the car did not have the requested anniversary decorations, no water, no champayne, no beer, no snacks. There was nothing to eat or drink during our hour and a half ride to our hotel. The office was notified by the staff immediately, instead of calling to resolve the issue as soon as they were aware of an issue. They chose to close up and go home. The driver say they may decorate and provide drinks and snacks on our return trip to the airport. Nobody wants to celebrate their arrival and anniversary nearly 2 weeks after the fact. Also, read the small print, it is advertise “ UVF Luxury Transfers & Fast Track - Celebrate Special Occasions (Round trip).” one would think that fast track is round-trip too. It is not, only upon arrival.

5.00Kenny went above and beyond in getting me from my resort, to the family function, then back safely. 10/10 I recommend you request him specifically for private transfers. He knows the island very well & was always on time.
