  We had an amazing day on this awesome, fast power boat zipping around BVI. Captain Jashae was amazing! Went to the baths all around BVI great snorkeling and so much more. Having such a fast fun, power boat and great captain allowed us to see all of BVI in one day. Trident Charters and Captain Jashae made our vacation - thank you!

  If you're reading this review, your search for the right charter operator in the islands is complete. Nobody even comes close to Trident when it comes to service, capability & local knowledge. I've been booking with charters on STT for years and I'll never book anyone else. Do yourself a favor and book these guys ASAP!

  Trident charters went above and beyond with a fantastic charter around BVI. Truly the only way to experience the Virgin Islands is in a boat! Absolutely unforgettable experience and Valkyrie is such a smooth ride, and fast! Capt. Dave and crew are super professional very knowledgeable about the area. We went to Necker Island which was unreal. Thanks again for the great trip!

  If we could divide this review into two parts, we would. Let's start with the good. Capt. Jashae was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and helped us have the most amazing experience. It was an incredibly rough day on the water and he navigated the boat to little coves that had calmer waters. We were able to snorkel in several areas and got to swim with at least 6 turtles in 3 different spots. We thought for sure the day was going to get cancelled due to several factors but one of them being how rough the water was and how windy it was. But Capt. Jashae ensured our safety and his experience matched how safe we felt with him at the helm. Capt. Jashae gets 12 out of 10 stars! Now the not so great...we booked this tour directly through the company website. When we first sent the booking inquiry, we immediately received a response with great information, and we exchanged a few messages back and forth as well as marina information of where we could purchase beer and snacks prior to our excursion. We were on a cruise so that's an important note given our timing limitations as well as limitations on transport to and from the marina from the cruise ship port. Two days prior to the excursion, the communication went dark between the company and us. No confirmation. No answering of their phones. I left messages and sent multiple emails that went unanswered. We were a party of 8 people. Four adults and four kids...FOUR KIDS! Not easy to navigate with kids when we were not met at the marina timely. We arrived at the marina at 11am and our tour wasn't supposed to start until 1pm however we were trying to contact the company to see if we could back the tour up an hour so we had enough time to get back to the cruise ship. All 8 of us sat at the marina where we were told to go for 2 hours. No phone calls were being answered or returned. No emails were being responded to. Finally, at 1:15pm, we had a local store/market reach out to the owner because someone said they had his cell number (the owner, not Capt. Jashae) and the owner answered his call. We then found out that the boat was at the other marina and would make its way over to the marina where we were told to go. So our tour didn't start until 1:30 and we had to be back by 5pm to catch a pre-arranged taxi to take us back to the cruise ship. We were charged for a full half day even though we didn't get a full half day. We still have yet to hear from the owner about how we were ghosted. We have screenshots with email and phone call time stamps. It's such a shame how we were treated before the excursion because, again, Capt. Jashae, was amazing. Maybe consider booking through Viator or TripAdvisor versus direct.
