A Maltese classic and the undisputed king of street food: Pastizzi! These warm, flaky pastries are filled with either ricotta or curried peas. Found in every corner of Malta, pastizzi are delicious, satisfying, and surprisingly addictive.
St. John's Co-Cathedral
AT LUNCH, try the Ftira, the traditional local sandwich; it’s crunchy, savory, and bursting with Mediterranean flavor, a perfect street-side snack. AT DINNER, try the Ravjul, the maltese dumplings, made in restaurants that follow the traditional homemade recipes.

5.00We had an amazing time during this food tour. Matthew was made for this job; his enthusiasm and passion are infectious and we learnt so much about Malta. The food stops were perfectly timed and the food was delicious. It gave a great impression of Maltese cuisine, without being too much food. Would 100% recommend to start your trip in Malta with!

5.00Excellent Guide (Tony) made learning about Maltese History, Culture and Food most enjoyable. Hey was very kind and spoke wonderful English patiently answer our group’s questions. My 7 year old grandson enjoyed the tour too.
