A Maltese classic and the undisputed king of street food: Pastizzi! These warm, flaky pastries are filled with either ricotta or curried peas. Found in every corner of Malta, pastizzi are delicious, satisfying, and surprisingly addictive.

Try the Imqarrun (at lunch) or the Ravjul (at dinner), different kinds of maltese pasta, made in restaurants that follow the traditional homemade recipes.

5.00Toni pur guide did a really good Job in explaining culture, the City and Maltas history. Food was also good and quite a big load. Maybe dont eat breakfast before. I highly recommend!

5.00Fabulous food tour with Tony our guide. Tried some lovely local food and learned a little of the history of Malta. Tony was a fabulous guide and we were lucky that our group was small ( only 5) so almost private 😀.

5.00I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. We had the lovely Stephen Grech as our tour guide, and his incredible knowledge of Valletta’s rich and extensive history, combined with his warm and friendly manner, made the tour truly engaging from start to finish. If you love trying new food while also learning about the history and culture of a place, then this tour is absolutely for you. Stephen even followed up afterwards with recommendations for other fantastic places to eat, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip.

5.00Alex’s was a very knowledgeable guide. The food choices were great and very different. He has a great outlook and was fun to interact with. He did our food tour while his wife did a biking tour. Would highly recommend,,,
