In order to be able to understand his ideas and its effect on us better, we will get back to his diaries, letters to his family and brother Theo and facts from his biography.
Together with you we will explore how his technic, style and, most importantly, personality have been changing during the whole life.

5.00We had a group of 4. Hanna had a wealth of knowledge on Van Gogh and the history of the time. She was also very patient with my 11-year-old nephew, making it a positive and memorable experience for him.

5.00Our guide, Ralph De Lange, made the whole experience come alive at the Van Gogh museum. He had stories and recollections that were personal and a perspective that comes from being an artist himself. In addition to being flexible, accommodating, polite, funny, interesting and helpful with suggestions for finishing out the day in Amsterdam. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and this guide. Money well spent.

As a result of the tour with Hanna, we left the museum with a deeper appreciation for the tormented man that created the works of art we love today.

5.00Such a great tour! Hanna our guide had a wealth of information on Van Gogh and art history in general, she was lovely and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone going to the museum to really get the most of your visit.
