2.00Our tour was late getting started even though our group was all there early. Our guide talked to us at the meeting point for a while instead of talking to us while we waited in line, which would have been a lot more efficient. Then, she waited h til we were inside to get radios for us to hear her during the tour. There was a mix up and she paid for more radios than she wanted so she spent 30 minutes figuring that out so our toe started an hour late. She was a nice and knowledgeable guide so it didn’t matter until we realized we weren’t going to get into the basilica because we were too late! THEN we were upset at all the wasted time! We were so close to the cut off time and we knew it would be close, which is why we booked a morning tour. We paid more for the basilica tour and are very disappointed that our guide didn’t get us there in time. It seemed like she knew she wouldn’t from the very beginning. Almost like she didn’t want to deal with it. I could have spent less if I’d known the church wasn’t part of it. This was an expensive tour, and although what we saw was good, I did not feel like it was worth it.

5.00Great! Meeting area was at point, coordinator went over the group what to expect on the tour and Claudia was very knowledgeable! The best thing was we were only 8 in the tour so it was smooth tour of the crowded museum.

4.00the facility was not overly wheelchair friendly, though museum staff did all possible to make it work. Sistine was like a sardine can, but such a popular place it is inevitable.

1.00I’m very disappointed with this guided tour! We are requesting a full refund. This was supposed to be guided tour of the museum, Sistine Chapel, and guided tour of Saint Peter‘s Basilica. there was no guy to tour of Saint Peter‘s Basilica, our tour ended right before we entered the Sistine chapel. This is false advertising, and it exited where we entered. There’s no access to Saint Peter‘s Basilica. We had to walk all the way around the grounds and stand in line for hours. Marco
